Storage sense in Dover, PA has raised my monthly rate twice in the last 10 months, $30 the first time, $20 the next. I called and spoke with Jeffrey. He stated that the rates rise every 8-10 months. He was very cocky and overbearing. I was trying to understand the rate increase and he said he had missed 2 phone calls while on the phone with me and had other customers. I'm sure they were also calling about the rate increase. We were on the phone for less then 5 minutes. Sorry to inconvenience you. He said he answered my question 3 times already. As a paying customer, you would think he would answer my question 10 times until I was satisfied. He never answered my question. He just stated that that is the way it goes. He seemed to not really care if I left to go to another place since he could get a new customer who would be paying more then me. Be aware, I'm sure the price will be over $200 by next year...
