I visited this store at 9:35 PM. I placed my order which was the #1 meal (a big mac, diet coke and fries with no salt). When I drove up to the window I handed the cashier a $10 bill. She obviously lost sight of how much money I gave her. So she went and got the manager. Together they looked so lost as to what they were doing. They had so many orders mixed up, that they didn't know how much change to give me back. She had a $20 in her hand that she was trying to make my change with. She was like a deer in headlights. "STRAIGHT UP CONFUSED". Finally after wasting so much of my time, both her and the manager was tired of trying to figure out how much money I gave her. She opened up the order window and asked me how much did I give her. I could tell she was embarrassed. I finally got my change and drove up to the next window. They looked lost too. The lady handed me my bag of food then I drove off. I got down the road about 1 mile away and took a bite out of my "BIG MAC" and low and behold it only had 2 slices of bread on it. So I was like OH NO I'm going back. When i got there i went inside and the young girl at the register asked me is there a problem. I told her that I didn't get all of my sandwich because my BIG MAC had come up a little short with only two slices of bread on it. Then manager showed up.You remember him from earlier. The one who couldn't help the cashier to figure out how much change I was to get back and was looking all confused. Well I explained to him what had just happened. Then he said, well we are out of the BIG MAC BUNS. I was like, well if you knew that why don't you inform your customers so that they know what's going on. Not sell them a half of MAC at menu prices. He said well we don't have any more buns. As though he wasn't going to compensate me for my inconvenience. So I told him that I was not happy about this and that I would like another sandwich. He AGAIN looked puzzled. Then he said ok what do you want. I told him a fish sandwich. SMH, the moral to the story is, when you are working in food industry and you give bad service to your customer and they complain about it. "DO YOUR BEST TO COMPENSATE THE CUSTOMER". Don't give them a bad attitude about it. They are paying your salary. DUH!!! P.S....I will not be going back to this McDonald's again. Very poor service and...
Read moreBiggest issue to start with is the VERBAL ABUSE the young cashier RECEIVED FROM HER MANAGEMENT!
Me and my partner (Nic) decided to drop by for lunch on our way home back to Canada. We had ordered our food and recieved it and upon review we notice a couple of issues.
Nic who ordered a (Quarter Pounder with cheese BLT) was served the saddest and smallest peice of tomato. We had asked the cashier either for a new peice of tomato or an extra slice. The cashier agreed and went to ask the kitchen if they could supply us with a new peice of tomato.
Out of nowhere the Kitchen Manager started yelling at the cashier how they should be charging us and they aren't supposed to be doing anything like that. It went on for about a minute or two. The cashier came back with a smile and 3 new slices of tomato. I had asked the cashier if they were the one being yelled at, and they hesitate to answer but knew I had clearly over heard them. The cashier said yes but it was fine. This is NOT FINE!!
I asked the cashier if I could speak to their Front Manager. The manager came over and I explained what I just saw and heard. They did not to seem to care about their staff being yelled at and kept pointing out how the Burger comes with tomato no matter the size. I explained I don't care about the tomato at this point as their staff is being abused.
I feel so bad for this cashier. No one has the right to yell at their staff for any reason. The Managers there need to be dealt with. VERBAL ABUSE is not something anyone should face or have to witnesses. This was all because of a simple slice of tomato for Nic burger. At this point I didn't mention to them how they really messed up my Big Mac because I was so...
Read moreI went here just to get a fast snack. I settled on fries. I used my mobile app that gave me a special for 1.39. I placed my order. But when I went to pay for it, my order was not there. The cashier was just not connecting. She just pretty much stood there. For some reason she walked away. Another employee comes up and asks if she can help me. I explain what’s going on. At this point I don’t know what the other cashier was doing. She proceeds to tell me that the kiosk is not working. By then the other cashier comes back. Then she asked the one that was initially helping me if she should promo them. She responded no! The second one walks away. So we are standing in silence again. Then she asks me to give her the code. I gave to her. She claims it didn’t work. I ask if maybe a manager can help. She says no. This is through the app. They can’t help. Then she says. She can use her app to get the discount. At this point I have lost 20 minutes of my life for a large order of fries for 1.39. I said sure why not! This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with McDonalds! I don’t go often. But when I do, the service is usually good. But after today, I don’t know if I will ever go back. This was a big waste of my time not to mention, she got the points...
