Twice my husband has gone in and twice they've not listened to a word he said. Twice he ordered the coffee drink with out Boba and Twice he's gotten Boba in it. This second time he got drinks for our kids and asked for three small lemonade. Was given three larges and charged for it. He's not a confrontational person but didn't sau anything. Unprofessional not to pay attention to your customers. It would be one thing if it happened once but the two times we decided to get drinks from them they didn't pay attention to their customers. Read moreI really wanted to give this place another chance, but unfortunately, the boba here falls short. :( The tapioca pearls lack flavor and sweetness, making them very bland. As for the Thai tea, it was overly sweet and had chunks of condensed milk. I was swallowing globs of it lol. I’d recommend using half-and-half instead to balance the sweetness and create a smoother drink. I got the matcha bubble tea with whole milk, and it was perfectly sweet. The only criticism I would make is on the boba, i mean- the boba-to-tea sweetness ratio was a little out of balance.
