Been an avid Smoothie King lover for years until my experience at this particular location. My brother who has disabilities placed an online pick up order and received an almost near frozen keto smoothie. Definitely not the texture their smoothies are usually made when done properly. When I called the store Mia whom was very nice, apologized and told me that there was no manager on site and took down my number to have them call me back. I received a call back from a blocked number, whom ended up being the store manager by the name of “Amir”. The man accused me of lying and said his store doesn’t make frozen smoothies. I explained to him that I wouldn’t be wasting my evening calling if I was lying, and instead of acting the way a professional store manager/owner would he continued to tell me I was a liar and wouldn’t issue me a refund. I’ve never in my life experienced such unprofessional and rude customer service. Not once did he even apologize. He wouldn’t give me his real number or name and completely rushed my call. What kind of store manager calls you on a blocked caller ID? Hmm. Zero stars if I could. Save your money and go somewhere else. Read moreI visited this location last week and unfortunately, I won’t be back. When I walked in, I said hi, but they just stared at me without acknowledging or responding. They seemed uninterested and unhappy to be there.
I placed an order for three drinks, but instead of starting on my order, the employees both took the order from the customer behind me and made her drink first. I ended up waiting over 10 minutes before they began making mine. When we finally got our drinks, one of them clearly had soap in it, it was undrinkable.
I didn’t want to deal with it any longer, so we just left. I won’t be returning to this location.
Edit: They reach out to negative comments asking you to take additional steps by emailing them another time to see if they can resolve this issue. Just to be clear it’s an additional waste of time nothing...

When we received our order, we weren’t satisfied with it and asked if we could get something else for equal price and was immediately told they weren’t able to accommodate our request.
