Also, unfortunately, you're employee failed to give me a receipt, making it impossible for your corporate office to help me...SOOOOOO.....All around fail, Starbucks. Now you've pissed me off harder..... Ordered a venti salted caramel cold brew, paid for a venti salted caramel cold brew, not sure what I got, but that's definitely what the sticker on the cup said. Most definitely didn't have caramel, tasted like straight cold brew.... Super glad that I overpaid extra for an already overpriced bullshit drink that wasn't what I ordered or paid for. They also didn't give me a receipt, so there's literally no way to prove it or provide feedback anywhere else. Read moreWalked in with my friend to order some drinks for the office. I put my order in with the cashier and asked for two iced teas and a cheese danish . After paying, she told us to walk to the other counter to wait for our drinks. She then proceeded to warm my Danish. Here's the problem....
My Co-Worker was ordering his own drinks. She took the order of the person behind him. I also didn't want my Danish warmed. She told me it's only served warm, which is false because I've ordered them before.
She never gave us the choices and service we wanted. When I tried to explain that to her, she explained to me about how she "thought" since I ordered two drinks it was for him...and that the danish is served warm.

The sign said that the last order will be taken at 12:45 and that the driver through closes at 1. I pulled in a few min shy of the 12:45 deadline. Then the woman walked up to me told me I’m not allowed to Order walked up to the speaker said that the car in front of me is the last one and stated that it’s 1 and they are closed . It was 12:47. The employees were rude and lied to my face . It’s disappointing that some people don’t have basic customer service skills or common curtesy or even a little common sense.
