Bionicos Plus — Restaurant in Downey

Today i decided to stop by here with my kids, and nephews. I used to come here everyday in the mornings for my Green or Vampire juice , I have ordered trays of fruit in the past every time any family or friend would ask about a fruit or natural juice I would always with no hesitation , automatically recommend this location to them , today I had a very bad experience with a worker here , as I placed my order with her she seemed to be having a bad day from the start, she already had an attitude, I still ordered I asked if they still had regular scoop of ice cream’s I did not see them upfront like before, she said yes and I placed a regular therapy blend number seven with almond milk, but as the order came up I noticed a weird drink , not what I usually order so I then asked and said excuse me I don’t think this is what I order , it was supposed to be a number seven , her with a very rude voice and attitude responded that’s why I asked you , and I said yes and even when you asked me I told you it was a therapy blend number seven , she rolled her eyes , I asked if they can please fix it and make it right I did paid and would like to get the drink I ordered so she kept on and another worker came to make it right. I myself work at a restaurant I understand we have bad days, I get it but it wasn’t something they couldn’t fix even if it was a misunderstanding, but why get loud disrespectful and give a horrible attitude to a paying customer. BEWARE UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS ATTEMPTED ON MY CARD!!! I purchased a few items yesterday through Door Dash and it was immediately charged. Now, to aid just this type of thing..I have 2 accounts.. one that holds my money and another I put just enough money in to pay for the transaction. After my purchase was made..Bionicos Plus attempted twice to charge me for another order I never made! I received the declined notifications! I contacted Door Dash.. they said it wasn't through Door Dash and to contact the business. I did. The lady acted very nervous and said..I don't know what happened I'm sorry. I don't know what happened. And tried getting off the phone immediately when I told her it was a whole other transaction!

On top of the attempted unauthorized transaction. My order was completely wrong! My order was supposed to come with condensed milk and it didn't have any.. it was drenched in Nutella!!! I don't eat Nutella!! None of the waffles in their menu say Nutella!! This is only the second time I order from them and they did the same thing last time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt..mistake. But my tongue... but this time..I specifically listed on the special instructions...no Nutella!! What did I get? Nutella!!! Then, I had also ordered 4 quail egg shooters.. and they made no attempts to contact me saying they didn't have any.. they instead gave me the nastiest, most disgusting tasting...

Bad customer service they took 40 minutes to hand me my order. Do keep in mind I was the second customer there. Please don't waste your time or money. The tamales are nasty, dry and microwaved! When I arrived home I tasted the tamales and ended up trashing all 9 tamales. I observed the employee reheat tamales that she took out from what appeared to be a refrigerator and cooked them three times in microwave maybe they r frozen tamales not sure but they taste so nasty. Why offer tamales if they aren't fresh or warm. What a waste of my money and time! I gave 1 star to leave this review but It should be a negative 10 stars.
