We've been going here for a very long time now. Food is good, portion size is ok. Pricing has gone up a bit, but. let's be honest, everything has gone up.
The service however, at least for us, has gone down so much. The cooks seem a bit uptight. Never friendly even if say hello. There's an older waitress who's always been kind. However, there's one younger waitress who's always had some type of attitude. No matter the day, time, whatever, she's never been friendly. Never do I say anything. This last time was the worst it's been for me. We picked up $55.00 worth of food, Got there, paid, food was not in the bag, no biggie. She turns to me, and tells me in an awful tone, "you can go wait outside!" Mind you there's no one in the restaurant, in or outside. It's cold outside too. I don't think I, being one person was taking so much space in the restaurant. Sometimes, it's not what you say but how you say it. She''s not friendly at all.
Now to top it off, sauces/chili need to be purchased as well regardless of how much you spend. Really, I pay $55 bucks and can't get a freaking Sriracha packet? I'm a good tipper, but this was the first time I didn't tip and I told them why. The lack of appreciation and good customer service. I don't need you to kiss up to me at all, but you don't need to have this horrible attitude and be...
Read moreMy view on this place has changed in the past couple of months and has to do with the portion size to price mostly. Months back, they ran a deal of half off sushi. It's what attracted my wife and friends to the restaurant in the first place. We come back, and they got rid of that deal. It was surprising but we decided to eat anyway. We ordered 3 rolls (1 was a handroll), 2 drinks (1 was a glass of water), 1 dessert, and our tab was $60 + tip. The rolls are smaller, too. Like noticeably smaller. The fish that normally covers the top part of the roll only goes halfway across now. They tasted ok and looked nice but DEFINITELY not worth the price. For that price, you're better going to a good AYCE sushi restaurant. I paid my bill and ended up going to eat somewhere else. I understand things are tough in this economy, but there are plenty of sushi spots that are good and have better deals. Jin sushi has gotten real chintzy, and it's sad to see. If you got the money to blow, by all means, go there. But spending 20 bucks per roll, especially when they are small, is not what I look forward to. I won't...

I just had my worst experience as an food delivery driver here. I went to go pick up my food, usually I press delivery once I pick up when I'm in the car. I'm carrying a lot and it saves time from me being in the restaurant.
As soon as I entered the door I was ambushed by one of the workers. She blocked my way to the door and started saying "press delivery". She didn't really explain herself, she kept repeating that to me getting closer and closer.
I just pressed delivery anyways so she could back off but it was a really weird experience.
I'm going to report this business to Uber and let other drivers know if they have deliveries here then to cancel it's not worth it.
Also apparently they have a sign out side that tells drivers they want them to SEE drivers press delivery I went back to the place and there is not visible sign...
