I stopped by for lunch and only had 45 minutes so I opted for a wet red burrito. There were no customers ahead of me and the establishment was virtually empty except for a customer who had already finished her meal and was still sitting at her table. I was asked if I wanted a drink and I asked for simple water. I was told they do not have water and was instead offered either horchata or jamaica. I declined and was met with a bit of attitude. I waited 20 minutes and was about to cancel my order but decided not to as I worried I’d get more attitude in trying to get a refund and it would take much longer causing my lunch hour to go to waste. Upon receiving my food I had to ask for it to go since I was out of time. Upon returning to work, I found not only that I received a green burrito instead of a red one (not a big deal but it’s nice to get what you ask for) but also there were many small bones in the burrito. What if I had given this to my child? That is certainly a hazard. I also believe that by law restaurants should offer water (not sure if free but I’ve never been to a restaurant that didn’t have water). I do not see myself going back any time soon. To be fair, I have had Los Pollos in previous years from their other locations but this one in particular is not one I will go to again. Perhaps it was just a bad day for the crew so if you’d like to give it a try please do so but do not give any burritos to small children as the bone pieces are a...
Read moreI was excited to try this place since they are related to Troicana and that place is great. I was limited on time at work, so I called ahead to save some time. I was told it could be picked up in 15 minute . Went in to pay. Stood in line behind about 4 people. When I got to the front I told her my name for the pick up. She repeated my order back to me , I paid and stood off to the side. She proceeded to yell my order out to the cooks, yup never put in the order. So I saved no time calling it in. I had to wait for them to make it anyways. Got the food, ran back to work hoping the great taste would make me forget about my wasted time. Brought out my chicken bowls with no beans. Yup, you guessed it, full of beans! Once I got passed the disappointment I started eating. It was good, at least what was not soggy with bean juice. I could have used more than 2 little containers of salsa. The chicken was tasty, and for that I would try them again. Hopfully 2nd time...
Read moreThe chicken nis really good. Unfortunately, my whole order was incorrect. I spoke with shift supervisor and I am headed back to have my order corrected ... Such an inconvenience and I am famished 😤 we called in our order; RED CHICKEN NACHO (seen another persons shared image and it looked really good) I got regular chicken (tasty though), the other order consistent of plain chicken tacos (chicken is tasty) they came fully dressed when asked for plain 🙄 the tortillas were calling apart due to placing them in foil or perhaps a really lame tortilla that did not hold it's integrity picking it up to eat, just fell apart, lastly, the chicken enchilada plate was asked to have no toppings and they managed to mess that up too. So, just make sure to check your order before you leave the location. I would advise not to use Uber eats if on that platform to order. I have it three stars, one for taste, one for price, and a third for correcting order and that...
