Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Downey

Horrible, just a horrible experience. I was the only customer waiting to order. I waited and waited and waited. The employees were looking at me, but nobody seemed like they wanted to help. Finally, someone came to take my order. I live two minutes away from this location. When I got home, the cheeseburger was barely warm. It wasn't recently cooked. Most likely, it was under the heat lamp for a while. I waited patiently to place my order, I was very hungry, so I was ready to enjoy my hamburger combo. I took a couple of bites and threw it away. I didn't want to go back to return it because, based on my experience, when I placed my order, I had a bad feeling that I was going to go through the same bad experience once again. I deeply regret going to this location. My dinner got ruined. It was a waste of time and money. Next time I rather take a longer drive and go to In&out. At least I know that my cheeseburger will be fresh. If I could give this place a "zero," I would gladly give it a big "zero." I wouldn't recommend this...

On 7/6/2013 i visited this location where i had placed an order of 2 spicy chicken combos and one chicken fajita combo when i came back to my office my fries were halfwas served & one sandwhich was missing i called and spoke to the manager in charge by the name of "Daniel" who said he was sorry and would replace the order at our convinience for i was on my lunch and could not go back. A death occured in my family and i was npt able to go back until the 14th which a new manager by the name of Maria said she would not honor the word of Daniel i think this is unnaceptable so therefore i called corporate to explain how rude and umporoffesional Maria was at that time they took a report and said someone would get back to me, today has been 1 mont hand i cant believ corporate nor this farnchise has gotten back to me. Had such a bad experience with the cashier at the window she was very unpleasant to talk to she was upset because I added a cheese cake at the window and because I thought about what else I wanted to drink because they ran out of the soda I had chosen, I was trying to be nice I knew it was a little busy like always but when someone askes you a question it's very rude to just walk away and not answer, I also ordered large drink and gave us small drinks with no straws and never handed us our receipt very unprofessional hopefully next time if I go back there hope she's not at the window wish I caught her name Ps don't go on Friday nights to this jack in the box you will have better luck getting your order correct across the street...
