We went at about 7:50pm. We got seated ordered. At 7:56pm the server then came and said “I’m so sorry we close at 8pm. So if you see the lights turn off and it gets dark don’t be alarmed. You will have until 9pm to eat.” I was so confused. So I then asked what was the reason for this if it says they close at 10pm? The server responded and said it’s due to California Edison’s power outage that is scheduled, meaning the manager knew of the situation but failed to let anyone know when entering. If it was scheduled when walking in I should have been made aware so that I could have made my decision to leave before sitting down and having been served overly seasoned and burnt food. My food came after 8:00 pm burnt I’m guessing to rush and get everything out. The waiter had no fault in this as upper management should have been on top of things and let everyone know ahead of time. All chicken was very salty and burnt. My pita chips burnt. There were no signs or anything letting us know prior to entering the establishment. It wasn’t until we exited that a note was put on the door when it should have been there in the first place. Check your cameras and see for yourself. We also left right after our food was served. Time stamp on the video I took when walking out. The waiter then took the paper off the window after she seen me record it but then went back to put it back up not sure why.

Although a rare treat for me, this Resturant is my all time favorite spot to dine at when it comes to pasta. I especially like their all you can eat promotion. I think the staff majority of the time are very helpful, friendly and attentive. Update: (4/11/22) I had the rare opportunity to go with my auntie. 🥰 Today our server was Andrew. He did very good being on point with customer service. Friendly and Knowledgeable. Good job and thank you for a good time. I had the "GIANT CHEESE STUFFED SHELLS". Very good My Auntie had the "CHICKEN MARSALA" I still stay the same that Olive Garden is a rare treat, however, indeed recommend and would go back again.

Went for moms birthday. We were kindly told by waitress that she couldnt bring us hot soup because they are served in batches... It was busy. I get it. I went on a sunday night around 630 pm We ordered their chicken shrimp carbonera but it wasn't saucy, it was literally just oil on noodles w parmasian. Waited 15 mins for extra creamy sauce and 10 mins for lemons. They were busy so its okay, i understand. But it was annoying because id get told theyre bringing me something and I'd never recieve it. I asked a different worker for extra crutons and they were never brought

The manager was kind enough to remove the carbonara off the bill.

Then we were ready to leave but, we needed to go boxes and one more soup. Our waitress was no where around. I tried calling down a waiter, i felt lucky when about 7 of them passed me by to sing happy birthday to the table behind me but they all looked at me and ignored me to sing. Not one stopped to ask if i needed something. Lol

I was annoyed and wanted to just leave because we had already paid. I got up and asked the nearest worker if they could help me get to go boxes He said ofcourse. He could tell i was annoyed as i told him i had been waiting for a while.

Waited a while more and still no boxes.

Meal was paid for. So i got up and finally got some to go boxes from the cashier at the pick up station.

The worker who said would bring the boxes saw me at the cashier and thats when he finally told somebody about my boxes. Too late sir! I told him i had been waiting for too long for to go boxes and he didn't care enough to remember and made ot obvious when he saw me Staff was/is a mess!! Except for the nice woman at the pick up station...

Manager came to my table as i was boxing to apologize and inform me that the reason why we wer left unattended for so long was because our waitress had gone to break!!!

Yea thanks lady, thats why she got NO TIP HORRIBLE SERVICE

Never coming when its busy! Dry cold food and bad/unattentive service!!

I felt...

I recently visited Olive Garden and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While I acknowledge that the restaurant has some redeeming qualities, such as its inviting atmosphere and friendly staff, the overall quality of the food and service was disappointing.

Firstly, I must address the grave issue of flavor. The dishes I ordered were shockingly bland and devoid of any discernible taste. It felt as though I was consuming generic, mass-produced meals lacking the signature flavors that should be expected from an Italian restaurant. This lack of flavor greatly diminished the enjoyment of my dining experience.

Furthermore, I must mention that this was not my first instance of dissatisfaction with Olive Garden, particularly when it comes to their take-out service. Regrettably, this visit was marked by another incorrect order. It is disheartening to return home only to realize that items were missing from my take-out bag. This lack of attention to detail in ensuring complete and accurate orders is highly frustrating and reflects poorly on the restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction.

In spite of these disappointments, I do want to acknowledge the kind and attentive staff who tried their best to rectify the situation. Their professionalism and willingness to address the issues were appreciated. Additionally, the ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

In conclusion, while Olive Garden possesses some positive attributes such as friendly service and a cozy setting, the lack of flavor in their dishes and repeated mistakes with take-out orders are significant drawbacks. I encourage potential customers to double-check their orders and temper their expectations regarding the taste of the food. With improvements in these areas, I believe Olive Garden could elevate their dining experience to a more...

I simply couldn't believe the service we received. It was disappointing and an overall disaster. We sat and our waitress, immidialty wanted to take our order, we placed our drink order and asked for a few minutes. She came back with our drinks, we were were to order she asked us to wait and then it started. We sat for ten minutes, finally had to flag her down. She came took the order. Never brought refills despite being asked for some. She never brought more bread after being asked four times or refills on our soup. Then our food is brought out, my kids plates are messed up. No meat balls (yes we asked for them when placing the order) wrong shells on kids spaghetti. No sauce, little sauce, missing sauce. My mother and I got the same plate. A trio, lasusgna was burnt. Chicken patty the same. We sent it back and asked for a manager. Which brings me to why they got two stars instead of one. The manager came out for the second time, apologized again. First time she came out was because we got the lunch menu and when asked for the dinner one, our waitress said it wasn't dinner, then start making excuses about being new and didn't know what was going on. Anywho, the manager heard what we were saying and saw our plates. Had my mothers and mine plate remade and packed to go. Then took care of the check. We were very appreciative for the manager fixing the problem. Could possibly return in the future but...
