Dippity Donuts — Restaurant in Downey

I'd read this was one of the best donut places in Downey, but it's one of the worst I've ever been to anywhere.

They claim to be open quite often but always seem to be closed. I finally found them open one day and ordered a plain raised, chocolate raised, and a double chocolate cake. The price wasn't particularly notable.
