Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Downey

I love Jersey Mike’s I always get the number nine the roast beef and provolone with lettuce tomatoes and as I tell the sandwich artist an obscene amount of oil, vinegar and herbs. The difficult part is deciding between a giant and a regular, but I usually go to the giant. I also initially order a large chocolate chunk cookie. And my second favorite part of the meal (aside from the sandwich) is of course, the black cherry and tarragon Stubbs Soda Pop 🥤. As this location does deliver it’s always a 50-50 chance of whether or not I get it delivered or I pick it up the most recent time though, I’ve had it delivered through Grubhub. Horrible experience i witnessed the worker Ariana, she was being so rude to an elderly man that was in front of me so rude then when she got to me, she wasn’t paying attention to what I was asking or my order just being rude like I seen her being rude to the old man in front of me you can tell she just doesn’t like working there. She probably shouldn’t work there I come to this one all the time, and never have any issues till that day. Overall horrible experience. I’ve even try to reach out to the manager seems like they don’t care either because they never got back to me. Why did I wait in line 10+ minutes for ONE SUB? while one guy sliced meats and worked on a 6 sandwich for phone order? I’ve worked as a sub maker before and I would have asked the customer who’s standing in front just watching me make this phone order how many they were ordering to get started their order as well, like come on use your brain. In store customers should come first! The workers here do not care about your time. They are not friendly! They also lack team work.
