I was driving one day and saw Sakana Sushi & Izakaya and i just wanted to try this place. Finally i had the chance to visit this place and had a sit down to try their sushi. As i walked in i was greeted by young lady and was offered to sit where i pleased. I look through the menu and ordered Shrimp Tempura Roll, and Mexico City Roll. Both rolls were delicious and i really enjoyed every bite of it. Love how the rice shrimp and all the flavors just combined and was very tasteful. Just called a minute ago.
The person that answered just said: “Hello”. I wasn’t sure I was calling a business.
I asked if I was calling Sakana Restaurant. She answered: “Yes”.
All coming, what it sounded, from a very annoyed person.
I asked if I could place an order for pick up. She answered: “No”, and just hung up on me.
So, it is true, aside what many people I know describe as “a disappointed dining experience”, their customer service, at least on the phone, deserves less than a star.
