Disaster. Wanted a 7 layer burrito and a bean burrito with sour cream . The bean burrito didnt even have sour cream and the 7 layer burrito had hair in it. I took a bite out of the 7 layer burrito and a hair came out of it. I put the hair on the burrito and i went back to the counter to tell them. They had a little conversation in the back and called me a lier that how can a hair be in the burrito. Its a long hair i told them i dont have long hair i have short hair. I decided to dine in. There was nobody in the dining area or in line waiting to order. The cashier left me standing there approximately 8-10 minutes before taking my order. When she finally approached me, she did not look like she wanted to be there. My food took 15 minutes to prepare. I asked for 10 mild hot sauce packets and only recieved 6 for 4 tacos, burrito and Nachos. The dining area was a mess. I asked for my table to be cleaned and sanitized. She wiped it with a wet rag. I’ve ordered online 40mins ago and yet it wasn’t even ready. Instead they just start making and there’s more customers in same situation. The worst part is the attitude of employee, when we asked where is my order, she doesn’t know or doesn’t care.
