Beware if you are ordering delivery from this store!! I have ordered through postmates twice and BOTH times items were missing from my order!! The first time 2 drinks were missing and today 1 drink was missing and they put whipped cream on a clearly noted dairy free order and left whip off of the one I asked it to be on. Seriously, I know things get busy, but come on. They should at the very least count and make sure all of the drinks are in the order. I called both times and they offered free drinks for the ones missing, but the whole point of delivery (which we pay a lot extra for) is to avoid having to go into the store. I will not be ordering from this location again. So so disappointed since I love this coffee chain.
Update: Of the drinks I did receive, the one that was for me was made from milk. Not only did I pay extra for almond coconut milk, I am dairy intolerant, so now I am having stomach cramps. I can't believe I spent over $30 on this order. I really recommend not ordering from...

They had a few menu items that were unavailable, but there was no indication, apart from the missing whipped cream. The girl taking our order had a terrible attitude as we were ordering. When we got to the window, we took the food only to realize they forgot something from the order. So we had to park, and I went inside to find out they never even charged the item I ordered at all. So I then had to reorder and wait. At this moment the girl running the drive-thru was there and was giving me nasty looks the entire time. Finally, I received my item and I asked the cashier what her name was, only for him to not even know what her name was.
This location is not running a smooth practice, there is absolutely no connection with the customer and/or with each other. It needs a rehaul. And Connie, the girl with the attitude, needs to be retrained as soon...
   Read moreEvery time we come to this Coffee Bean, they are always running low on menu items…yes it was annoying but I did not mind that much. However, today it was worse than it’s ever been. I was ordering my beverage of choice and a bakery item, both of which were not available. I then chose a different beverage and bakery item, which was also not available. THEN that is when they choose to give me long list of items that they currently do not have. Once I was able to chose a drink and bakery items that they did have available (which took a bit of time), they let me know they don’t even have straws available. Keep in mind, this is at 2pm. Additionally, they gave me my beverage with one of those cheap lids that leaks on the sides and are very flimsy. I asked for my bakery item to be warmed up and they gave it to me still in the plastic.This is honestly ridiculous, do better...
