Worst dine In experience Iâve ever had hands down. I arrived and the place didnât look too busy so my family decided to dine in (huge mistake with a toddler) the cashier took our order at 5:30PM and we seated then waited. 20 minutes pass by and my son is starting to get antsy asking âwhere is the pizza?â Then i start looking around seeing the other guests looking confused too. I then check the front and see the lobby is full of guests too standing confused with receipts in hand, weird but okay. Another twenty minutes pass by and the table in front of me finally gets their order of wings and potato wedges then they asked what took so long and where is the pizza they ordered as well. The server said this exactly âyou guys are lucky to get your food, we have so many door dash and pick up orders that theyâre making that a priority right now.â SUPER weird statement to begin with saying their lucky they got their food as is they didnât pay for it and very dumb of them to not manage their orders properly and stopping the doordash orders cause they were obviously overwhelmed. 6:30pm and they are still waiting for their pizza and i still havenât received any type of food either. My son wonât stay still cause heâs hungry and getting impatient with the pizza we promised him so I begin walking around with him till we get the order while my wife is taking care of our new born at the table. We finally got our mediocre food around 6:40pm then ate and left around 7:00pm. Worst part about it is that they knew from the beginning that it was gonna be more than an hour for any dine in order but didnât bring that information to anyone till after an order is placed. I will never be returning again and I highly suggest you donât dine in if you do decide to try this mediocre pizza unless you love waiting around and...

I ordered a speciality pizza through their online website, and made a special instruction request to make it half pepperoni.
My request was never granted! Not only did I receive the wrong order, but the pizza wasn't even cut.
When I reached out for assistance, to make my order to what I requested. They refused to fix there mistake and claimed the special feature doesnât present itself to there receipt. And Iâm very understandable, no one is perfect especially if thereâs a glitch in the system. But the effort to fix the customer order should be a priority. And they refuse to fix it. He claimed I wanted a free pizza to his staff and I when over heard him, I stated to him âNo one is asking for a free pizza, I just want what I orderedâ. I requested my money back as I was not getting what I paid for and to speak to a manager, and they said there was no one on site.

Almost $70 dollars the young lady working the front asked me to wait outside they would call my name. I parked directly infront, she said the wait is 25-30minutes. I waited over an hour I went in and asked her if my food was ready she then looked through some bags and found my food. I asked her how long was it sitting there she said not long. I yjen told her you told me to wait outside and you will call my name. She said it was super busy and didnt see what car I was in. I literally parked at the door the whole time. I take my food and get in the car and open the pizza box and its cold barely even warm. The potatoes were soggy and sweaty from sitting god knows how long on the counter.
