I really thought that I was gonna fall in love with this place but three times they failed me!
The first time when I got my free medium drink for becoming a new customer, the order was not ready and they didn’t even see it until they looked at their computer and then had to make it after waiting for about 15 minutes longer than my 15 minute drive to arrive here
The second time I came, they did not add my drizzle of caramel or any of my sauces. It was just decaf.

And then he brings it out to me and I said Are you sure it’s decaf and he went back and had to remake yet another coffee!!!
They only offered me five dollars gift card, which is a nice gesture, but it should’ve been $15 because of the three times of their mistakes I will not be returning other than to use my gift card. Sadly, you lost a customer because someone didn’t make it right the way they should have to begin with
I was also going to apply here, but it seems like your staff doesn’t know how to follow the correct orders for an online order

Read moreSo I went for a first time to this location. I have gestational diabetes which means I cannot have much if any sugar. I ordered a drink that was supposed to be high protein thinking that was my best option. I did say “as little sugar as possible”.
A young woman came out and very sweetly explained after I ordered that the drink I asked for really isn’t a low sugar drink. Even if they cut out the milk to a low sugar option, it’s still really concentrated.
I understood and asked what the sugar free options were. She then listed like 10 flavors off the top of her head. I was shocked I was like those are all sugar free?!? She said yup!
I couldn’t believe it. I went to Starbucks and was like what are your sugar free options. The guy says “vanilla”

Read moreI've been to this location 3 times now. I've been going to Dutch Bros in various states since 2009. I love Dutch Bros. This location has all the right vibes and the kids are soo nice.
My only complaint is the line system here. Dutch Bros uses a dual line and sometimes you accidentally pick the wrong line but only one car should move ahead of you. No biggie. Except the way this one's line is set up you can't tell which line is longer until after you're already in it. So three times now I've had to wait more than 5 minutes just to order while other cars approached and waited 30 seconds. I won't use this location anymore unless I go up to the window and mobile order.
The cross walk to the window is also dangerous. Its on the other side of the building from the parking lot so you have to pass in front of the drive thru line to get there. There's a large pillar obstucting the view of the drivers. The building was very poorly designed...
