My wife and I stopped by friday to look at a home and pulling in we found a lot of homes that were not up kept and run down. It seems there is a HOA but they do nothing , many of the homes were missing skirts all or partial , the yards for the most were not kept up a very run down park , then the lot rent of 648 a month and add everything up nearly 700 a month for nothing. We had great expectations , the sales woman was not friendly at all although professional , we were interested in two homes one had a offer but we were not shown that one it seemed we were taking away from her day.
