Food: Authentic hands roll. The rice is well seasoned, and the fish is fresh!! You don't need wasabi or soy sauce, as the fish tastes unique. The salmon sashimi is fresh with yuzu dressing. You should try that. Another recommended dish is tuna tartar. It's well seasoned, and the sauce is mind-blowing!! Remember to order it to share ☺️

Service: The team is friendly, and the staff know the ingredients and the dish really well, which is key when you can explain the dish and ingredients to the customer. The chef is well-trained. I noticed how he used his hand while making the roll. The way he touches the rice and rolls it shows that he knows what he is doing. Even though he looks young, I must say he is well-trained. Impressive!

Atmosphere: The decoration is premium, and the lighting makes it feel cosy and clean. The sushi bar and small corner for 2 make it perfect for hanging out in a good vibe.

Summary: Great place and love the concept. You should visit here to try the hand rolls. 4 rolls are good to fill your stomach, but we had 6 rolls each, which is totally full!!...

My sister was familiar with this restaurant at a different Orlando location, noting to me that this a really interesting hand roll sushi restaurant. The restaurant has a long bar with a bunch of comfortable stools and a few small tables on the back wall. It's a bit of a small place but creates a nice intimate environment. The menu has several pre fixed roll menus as well as a la carte. We both opted for the 4 roll pre fixed and added on 1-2 rolls each. The rolls aren't sizable but the quality is GOOD! The fish is very fresh and everything is obviously made to order. It's served omakase style one roll at a time, which makes for a nice pacing and a fun experience. We loved everything, our favorites were the hamachi, toro, crab, and eel! The only one that we didn't care for was the Suzuki. Note that 18% gratuity is added to the check regardless of party size, but we didn't mind as the staff and service was excellent and very hands on. We'll...

We were so impressed, we ended up coming three nights in a row. That’s how good it is. Every visit was just as amazing as the last.

A huge part of what made it so special was the incredible staff. Major shoutout to Naly and Mads, who were both super friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome each night. And a big thank you to Jack as well. His energy and knowledge really added to the overall vibe. The whole team works together so smoothly, and it creates a fun, relaxed, and genuinely warm atmosphere.
