Terrible customer service. On 01/ 08/21 I ordered thru the Starbucks app the same thing I usually ordered almost everyday 2 bacon and gouda sandwiches 1 Frappuccino and a pop. I got there at around 4:14 pm After driving all the way to this site I was informed that they didnt have any of the bacon and gouda sandwiches i ordered. I was disappointed but I accepted the alternative offered for 2 different sandwiches similar to the ones I ordered online. After a few minutes I was informed that they also ran out of the other sandwiches. Really! It was a waste of time and gas to go all the way there. If they don't have it they shouldn't allow to order it online. The worst part was when I requested a refund for the sandwiches and this girl who I noticed was working at the drive thru dont know her name since she didnt have a tag told me that i have to call customer service to get a refund . I honestly thought she was joking! Not only i drove there for something that the app clearly shows as available but now she doesnt want to give me my money back for the sandwiches they didnt have. I was so upset and I told her that I didn't feel it was fair that she didn't give my credit . Clearly it was their mistake. She was very rude and finally after rolling her eyes she gave me the credit back to the app. I was so disappointed at this site. The one at winter garden vinland and the one at 535 in Windermere have very good customer service. This site just lost me as a customer. I was tokd by one of my friends that she also stop coming here because of the bad...
Read moreThis has more to do with UberEats ordering than the Starbucks location itself.
I ordered $20 worth of holiday food & drink from this location to recieve the free reusable red holiday cup on my order around 11:30AM today.
Specifically mentioned in the notes to be called by the driver if there are no red cups. When she arrived, it was clear that English was not her first language and she was utterly confused by sny & all questions I was asking about the cup.
I still do not have a red holiday cup and spent an extra $12 on delivery charges for something that was not even clearly communicated to me. As a consumer & patronage of both Starbucks & UberEats, paying extra for less is the antithesis of good costumer service.
I have had issues with UberEats in the Winter Garden area, lately with an order at McDonalds last week. I am not sure why Starbucks and McDonalds are teaming up with such a lousy company in this part of the country. I am seriously considering uninstalling my delivery apps for the total disregard Uber provides at the rates they charge.
Recommend to go inside for the people or drive-through. Skip the UberEats.
EDIT ON 11/22: Within the next day, I was contacted by UberEats whom where able to do a full-refund of my order. I will leave the original score for the experience but for their customer service over the incident, I have raised it...
Read moreI recently stopped at Starbucks on what turned out to be a very emotional day for me; it was the morning I dropped my son off at school for the very first time. I walked in teary-eyed and overwhelmed, and Christina greeted me with such genuine warmth and empathy that I immediately felt comforted. She took the time to talk with me, offered words of encouragement, and somehow turned a difficult morning into a moment of kindness and connection.
Christina didn’t just take my order—she made me feel truly seen. She went out of her way to personalize my drink, checked on me to make sure I was okay, and even added a little extra care into how she presented everything. It’s rare to find someone who embodies guest service the way she does; in my experience, it was among the best I’ve seen in many, many years.
If anyone deserves recognition, it’s Christina. Her kindness and professionalism made my day, and I hope Starbucks knows what a gem they have behind the counter. I’ll definitely be returning, not just for the coffee, but for the warm, caring service that...
