Place was clean and staff were extremely friendly, the issue was the nails itself.

At the front desk we were asked what our designs were and if we had reference photos, and the lady said they could do them.

I got the younger guy with the tattoo on his arm, and showed him the reference and he said he could do it. Another girl came over and told him the design needed to be done with eye shadow, which didn’t go as they planned so they wiped it away (not fully). Then they got polish to make the design and it was non existent, so they went darker (literally NEON).

I told them if he couldn’t do it (since he was clearly struggling with the design) that I was fine with a basic round shape with no design. I got almond shape, it was all crooked and not cleaned up, the color was awful, and the acrylics were pointed UPWARDS from my actual nails. Trying to save it, I told him to add like art to distract from the mess and he said sure…but never did it and put the final coat on.

Paid $72 and unfortunately hopped to another salon immediately to fix my nails. Even the nail tech who was doing my friends nails (which came out great) next to us said they were bad and that she was sorry, she said that’s why she makes sure to show the client before completing a set, which this man did not do.

First photo was the reference (had a Pinterest tab of similar photos as well). If he couldn’t do the design I would’ve moved on to another one. Unfortunately would not be coming back here, it’s a shame since the staff...

A huge shout out to Tina! When I arrived Tina greeted me like she was expecting me! Her warm smile, genuine engagement, and hospitable attentiveness was matchless.

Tina embodies the word “spa.” Tina did not miss a beat, from simultaneously tending to my pedicure needs without rushing, to ensuring I was hydrated, to making sure the massage chair did not time out, and she made sure to let me know about the bonus feature of the chair - hack alert - it massages your arms too.

Tina voluntarily and repeatedly promised me she would help me to relax and have a rejuvenating experience. (Talk about knowing how to read the room) That’s exactly what she did!

She was personable, caring, and the conversation was light and friendly yet meaningful.

Along the way, Tina verified I liked the nail polish, the shaping of my nails, and in general inquired about how I was feeling.

While wrapping up our time with a manicure, she offered wisdom. Not in a pushy manner but in a passing along her insight of life’s journey. Reminders to not take life for granted and prioritize family were among the few she shared.

I thoroughly appreciated every moment spent in Tina’s presence. Truly a divine gift from up above.

I’ve been to Mei twice now, and I can honestly say she’s amazing! I got a Gel X fill with a classic French design. The first time she did them, they looked really good already, but this time, they came out absolutely beautiful and perfect!

Mei is incredibly precise with her work. She applied the pink base color so carefully, even using a fine brush to go around the edges - something no other nail stylist has done for me. The French design is super clean and even. I asked for a very fine French tip, which I know can be tricky, but Mei had no problem with it at all. She even showed me the first nail to make sure I liked it before continuing, and it was perfect right away!

What I love most is how natural my nails look. They came out really thin, so they don’t have that bulky appearance that you sometimes get with extensions. They look elegant and feel great.

I also really appreciate how light-handed and careful she is when filing. Nothing ever feels uncomfortable.

The atmosphere at this salon is calm and relaxing, and I always feel at ease when I’m there. You can tell they truly care about their work, and there’s never any rush.

The first time I saw Mei, she switched me to the Gel X method, and my nails lasted a whole month with no lifting, something I’ve always struggled with in the past. I can’t recommend Mei enough, especially if you’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented...
