Island Fin Poke, Windermere — Restaurant in Florida

This is my first time actually eating their food. I've had their Dole before. I work right in the plaza so I was givin a business card from my fellow employee to go.Try their food out for FREE upon me.Going, the manager told the cashier that the busicard that offered the free Poké expired but it did not have date on it at and I explained to the young lady after I reviewed the business card again to make sure I didn't overlook it.That there was no expiration date on the card and that my employee wouldn't.Have given it to me if there was and he did not honor its to told his cashier.that it expired in twenty four. And he didn't even come out.Of the office to explain himself because he was on a conference call

.I was very disappointed.I feel like that was very dishonorable.To give out business cards to offer a meal to try your food out for people that have never eaten there before and you didn't honor that so based on the customer service I was not satisfied and I will never eat here again.And I will spread the word to my coworkers to not support...

This place is amazing! Service was top notch and friendly. The owner specifically came out and took the time to make sure our food was just how we wanted.

On to the food... I loved it! I have a special place in my heart for poke and this spot touched it. They had a lot of different base options, different rices, salad and something I tried for the first time seaweed. The seaweed was really good, it kinda reminded me of Korean seasoned watercress. They are definitely not pennypinchers when it came to the protein, I had spicy tuna, salmon and another first octopus(definitely recommend). A large variety of veggies to be added, they have pickled veggies... Pickled?!?! 🤤🤤 The sauces were great too, they'll even mix some together for you if you can't decide.

I can not complain about this place other than it needs to be seen more. I love supporting local businesses and this place has my support. I'll be coming...

I had ordered from here on a whim for lunch while at work. I ordered through ubereats. Food arrived in a normal amount of time. It was only okay. The asking price on ubereats in regards to the very minimumal amount of fish I received I felt was not worth the price. Just my opinion. Then nearly a week later, after the refund window with uber, this restaurant responded back making up an entire story about how I was in store first and rude and then ordered online just to spite them. I was at work. I have the time cards to prove it. Not to mention I don't even have a license to drive to this place. That's why I ordered delivery. I'm so bothered and upset by this place because no professional business should ever talk to a PAYING customer this way.
