Came here before wearing a plague doctor mask with no real protection at all whatsoever and was complimented on my mask and allowed to purchase food here. Came in today wearing a shirt over my face which had more protection than the plague doctor mask and was not permitted to order. People weren't eating with masks on but I wasn't allowed to sit and wait for my order when ordering online. Makes perfect sense. Edit: 10/10/2020
Thinking I was going to have a better experience, especially considering I had people with me I decided to order some food to go. Two bowls. When I sent my friend in to get the bowls we thought the exchange would be simple, go home, considered that maybe the last time may be a fluke because this is the Windermere location you would think the service is better. Turns out that's not true. The wrong order was given to us. We didn't realize until we made it a little down the road. We called the restaurant to inform them that we wanted to come back and exchange the order. We asked if they would remake it since it was probably a little colder and they told us no because they decided to shut down a couple minutes early. So I asked them for a refund since they didn't want to remake the bowls. The cashier made it a point to tell me "well, we can't let you take the bowls then". She was supposed to be one of the night time shift leads. I responded with "im glad you went out of your way to let me know I cant take the cold bowls you didn't want to replace, is that the type of customer service you give to people all the time because if so that's pretty bad". I asked for a store managers name, and the night time manager decided to make getting an answer difficult as well. I didnt yell, I didn't get an attitude and I left the store in which the night time shift lead decided to call me stupid as I walked out. I probably won't return to...
Read moreI am AGAIN extremely disappointed in this store. Not Chipotle as a whole, however this location has a lot to learn. At first, I chucked it up to being new, new employees etc., they don’t get a pass after my visit yesterday. There were maybe 3 people in there tops, all were sitting down and eating. I was in line and 3 individuals looked at me, but no service. Finally after about 8 min a young lady began our order. I wanted a bowl. The amount of food placed in my bowl would have left a toddler starving. I asked her if she could put more meat in the bowl and she said no this is how this store is ran. I looked st her and stated, I wanted more meat with much hesitation and frustration she added 1/2 a tong full of meat. At the register, I asked if this location was different than others only offering tiny helpings. He said no. And the gal chimes in they are trained there to only do one tong full of meat. My bowl didn’t even cover the bottom completely. This location is rude, they do not prepare in app orders properly, they skimp on all the ingredients and did I mention rude! This was it for me. Back to Winter Garden location. Makes sense why that location has people standing out the door to order and this one is deserted. The first visit, had my order all messed up, and next to no ingredients. The second visit, placed in app was an hour prior to pick up, and when I arrived to pick up, it hadn’t been made and I waited 20 minutes. The third visit, was a combination or already mentioned items and the 4th and LAST-already...
Read moreI guess customer service doesn't exist? At least not here.
It was my first time at this new Chipotle. The first things I noticed: the place is empty and there's only employees present. Some are sitting and enjoying their breaks, a few in the back, and one girl doing orders.
My first thought would be that someone else would kindly take my order. Wrong. Instead, I see these 2 girls in the back munching on chips, laughing and glancing occasionally my way. At this point, I was starving and watching them eat was painful. If you aren't going to do your job while your on the clock, then at least do so where I cannot see you. As I'm getting to the gentleman at the cashier, he disappears because another employee asks about his paycheck and tells me to wait for someone else to swipe my card. It honestly would have taken 2 seconds, but apparently could not be done because an employee's paycheck comes first. While this is all taking place, other employees are standing by— watching me like a new species of a monkey at an exhibit—waiting for someone to approach me first.
This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Either this entire crew are newbies or Chipotle might have to retrain their entire staff on their priorities because customers SHOULD come first. The only good thing was just the food, so there ya go, my one star for that.
Save yourself the frustration and just go to the one on Kirkman that's 12 minutes away since they can give you your food and let you be...
