I had a bad experience. My friends and i came and we ordered and she’s 21 and got a beer then we went outside to eat. We’re minding our business and she was informed by who served us we can’t leave with the drink so we stay outside to eat. Suddenly the same lady who took our order came outside and said she doesn’t want us sharing the drink if we’re not 21 and she said here’s some water cup. So we send one of our friends to get the water and which he did and we continue eating then started drinking our water and the whole time we felt like we were being watched by y’all employees for getting the beer. We didn’t mind because my friend who is 21 told the lady she shouldn’t let us drink it so she wouldn’t get in trouble. Also, clearly it was one cup of beer and not to be rude I’m 19 and i don’t drink alcohol. so why would we want to share a cup of beer when it was four of us. Like seriously it wasn’t making any sense. However, what really flabbergasted me was when another employee came outside and made a false claim and stated she saw two of us sharing the drink and she’ll need to see ids if we continued doing that like honestly i was frustrated i came to have a good time with my friend at Jeremiah’s where we were having ice cream then made a stop at your restaurant, but we were feeling attacked! I won’t be coming back but i hope someone else see this review and think twice about going to this place to eat where you’re being watched because someone bought a cup of beer and suddenly feel the need to watch you as if you had a weapon you were carrying. I need your employees to respect themselves and remember to always treat their customers right and most importantly give them their space and privacy. People come to a restaurant to eat and have a good time not to feel attacked. Their paranoid behavior...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at BurgerFi's Windermere Grove location in Orlando, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by a welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home.

This was my first time ever at BurgerFi we had Jahnessa as our server, and kovo was on the fryer period and Tommy was the chef and Ava was the front register. I just want to give a huge shout out to these young people that were doing the cooking and serving us. These individuals that you have in this restaurant did everything with Excellence I don't know who their manager is. But you need to know these people that you hired gave us the best service ever I said that in all honesty. I definitely believe that our attitudes come on to the food that we cook. I'm here to tell you I've had a lot of hamburgers and this was one of the best burgers I ever had. It had some sort of bacon ranch Jam On It. And it literally tasted like there was bacon pieces of bacon on it. We came in with a very large group and I mean we must have had at least 30 people. They handled themselves so well so I just wanted to give honor where honor is due. And I must say I'm definitely definitely coming back to this restaurant. They gave us some coupons so that we we came in again we could use them. Our server was very attentive to all of our needs.
