Subway — Restaurant in Dr. Phillips

I went in here with my kids, and some guy came in and him and the guy working with the glasses made a drug transaction right in front of are face. They were trying to talk about it in code, and the guy working told this guy to put it next to the cash register on a napkin. I couldn’t believe how bold they were. Especially the employee. When we got there before the guy walked in and the worker was preparing our subs to eat in. The worker with glasses seemed like he was on some type of drugs already, sure enough in comes some guy like I said, the worker had him reach behind the counter and place it on a napkin, The worker reached for whatever it was put it in his pocket, didn’t bother to change his gloves, after touching what he picked up. My wife didn’t want to cause problems so we got are food and left. We never ate it.I would watch out for this place and whatever this worker has going on. Might be dangerous situation you get yourself into, go up the street...

This used to be a great subway, but whoever is managing it, or the employees being hired, have made this into the worst subway in the area. We arrived at 6:00 PM today and were waiting in line for 15 minutes. We left without even placing our order. There was only one person working the entire restaurant. There were three teenagers ahead of us, who were taking their time ordering their food. To make things worse, the employee (I believe his name was Avery) proceeded to have casual and lengthy conversations with each and every one of them. He had no regard for the fact that we were still waiting. There was even a lady who arrived shortly after we did, to pick up an online order, and she still had not been attended to when we left. We are never coming back to this subway again. We have been disappointed time and time again. Absolutely horrendous and...

Went to this place and it was terrible. I walked in and the meat balls were uncovered and looked awful. They had bread laying around and were missing a lot of toppings. I asked for a bacon turkey and guacamole wrap the guy made my wrap with no guacamole and when I asked for a side of guacamole since he didn’t put it on my wrap he said “oh we don’t have any and I didn’t think you would want me to scrape it off the sides of the container” there was also a girl working with him who had a attitude the whole time, didn’t have a smile on her face or the proper energy to be working in customer service.
