Foods amazing, customer service needs a SERIOUS upgrade. Patty was my server and I was very nice to her, making sure I said please and thank you like I always do because customer service has been MY job for 15 years and I dont treat my guests/customers with attitude. First off, not once did she ask if I wanted a refill on my drink, she seen us done with our food and walked passed us 2 times after taking another tables order until finally asking us if we were finished and wanted to take anything to go and if we needed the check we said yes, when she brought the check there was only one, I wasnt positive if we had told her it was seperate so I apologized and explained that to her and she got a bigger attitude grabbing the check and as she walked away I said thank you I'm sorry as she walked away and she ignored me, came back a few minutes later and dropped my check on top of my boxes food and dropped the other on the table and walked away, again I said thank you and she ignored me. Looking over the check I was confused so when she finally came back I asked her what the extra $3 charge was and why it said fettuccini alfredo when I asked for ravioli, I asked politely mind you I was confused because I ordered the ravioli which is cheaper than the latter and asked for alfredo sauce, her response was she had to order it that way cause there was no other way? Then said "I have some food coming so I'll be back" and walked away. Now I'm upset. So I got up and went to the front, as I'm coming to the front here comes patty to the front too. What happened to the food she was suppose to go get? I get up there and said "my server was extremely rude I'd like to pay for this please" and Stacy just mhm'ed me, didnt ask me if there was something she could help me with or if there was a supervisor I'd like to speak to nothing. That right there drew my straw. So I left NO tip. Advice from someone who's worked for high end restaurants? Take some customer service classes or...
Read moreoverall food and service is great one to start by saying that appetizers are amazing. Could use a notice when putting it on the table that it’s extremely hot. my partner Bernhard tongue broccoli is good fully cooked could use a little dab of salt very lightly. baked haddock is fully cooked and taste wonderful especially letting it sit there for a few minutes in lemon juice. all of my lunch I would say it was wonderful and taste great. my server, Debi is extremely polite and very helpful and extremely kind. as a reviewer, I have noticed that she is attending to every single table by herself without any help. Until about 20 to 30 minutes after me eating I see another lady come out and take orders from customers I believe that the older employees should take orders and have younger workers. Give the orders out there should be young workers on the floor, bringing the food to the tables while the older employees take the orders from the customers so this way work efficiency is 100% to put all of that work on older employees. can overwhelm them fast. overall. debi is very dedicated and hard worker should never leave here would like to see me for the next time I come with a quite a few young workers to bring the food to the tables while she takes orders from the customers…. as for the lady in the front greeting customers, when employees are overwhelmed, or doing a lot for the customers they should help and contribute with the employees taking orders. I had notice a lady here from the front greeting customers in to see you down and returns back to the front and sits till another customer comes. I look forward to the next time I come here review....
Read moreWe wanted somewhere different for supper last night and Mama's restaurant did not disappoint us!! Our server Laura was amazing!!! We started off with beers🍻 (It was that kind of day) and we thought root beer.(Who drinks root beer anyways?) No root beer so Grandpa Jim had to get Coke. We had the freshest basket of bread and plenty of butters to go along with it while we chatted and caught up. Grandpa Jim wanted Syrian pizza but they did not have that which he swore they did, so he got the broasted chicken (only white meat,he barked🐕) and Jojo's. The jojos looked like ole time cruller donuts!! They were huge a delicious!! The Captain got cheese pizza and I got the biggest antipasto salad ever!💯 My salad was enough for 3 servings and I'm not even kidding.. it was 12.99 total and loaded. THATS AMORE!!!💞💞It was loaded with ham and cheese rolls of bites of delicousness, thicker, robust pepperoni, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, banana peppers, artichoke, and calmata olive's delish!! We also got ex bread so delish!! The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food and we all brought food home except Grandpa Jim because... I mistakenly( lol) took his chicken home with me!! lol..l sorry about that Grandpa Jim.(Grandpa Jim did get to ride in front seat on way home, while I was in the back with all Hubby's ole' Ford Parts catalogues!!) Be sure to go before the dinner crowd.. When we were leaving, it was standing room only, and people looked like they would leave Anty Maureen and Uncle Fritz in the car, if they could get a...
