Wendy's — Restaurant in Dracut

We my wife & I had visited this Wendy's in Dracut, Mass. while heading home from the Dealership & I've always liked Wendy's restaurants better than all the rest in my life.

The staff are very Friendly, Kind, Respectful & Smile a lot. Even though on this bizzy Saturday May 5th of 2018 & with all the softball games & soccer games ending & other things going on during our time there around 1:30 in the afternoon.

I've never in my 30 years have I ever seen this restaurant so, so bizzy; As I had said before & the staff had stayed cool even though the dining room was full & drive thru was full of vehicles just waiting to enter the parking lot & all staff on deck to provide good service & process all orders correctly👍.

I'm more likely to return to this Wendy's restaurant in the future & it would be even more better to have an other set of hands to tighty up around the crowd leaving & coming in at this time of day on the weekends.

SO TIRED OF THIS PLACE I waste my money every damn time . When I order here . Somtimes I have the last of my money and I say to myself lemme order Wendy’s because it’s cheap . And I only have a few bucks I order a baked potato and a chilli they NEVER PACK UP MY CHILLIE OR MY BAKED POTATO THEY ARE LAZY HERE AND DONT WANNA DO THERE JOB FOR DOORDASH ORDERS . I am sick and tired of spending my money for no reason and I do it because I think there’s other people working guess not so unorganized. People now a days don’t wanna do there job and just talk to there friends and they mess up the order I will be calling corporate. Either that or you guys can give me a credit of 20$ . I don’t care I’m sick and tired of spending my last hard working money I have for no damn reason fire the people you have and hire some people that know how to do there damn job. These teenagers don’t know how to do there job . There’s also a manger working there all the time and you can’t even make sure my order is properly I give this store a 1/10 I am so...

I don't know if it's BECAUSE I ordered ahead in the app, but I did, probably in the 5 to minute range before I got to the restaurant. I get to the drive through tell them my name and they sys the all set. I had two vehicles in front of me that took some time to get their orders. I get to the window and I get my drink in a minute our so then waited about 10 minutes for my meal. It didn't matter that I ordered ahead, I STILL had to sit there and wait for my "fast food" to get to me. If they said: "sorry for the wait, they're finishing you sandwich (or whatever it was) now and it would be another couple of minutes, I would be more understanding, but they didn't. I just sat there. I almost turned my car off as to not waste gas. I was not happy. And if it doesn't show the location, the is was the Wendy's at Arlington...
