This place is HORRIBLE and I encourage you to save your time and money. I went on Friday, 07/20/2018, and our server was absolutely unattentative and had zero humility. I understand food service jobs are tiring and things can get hectic but keep in mind, the restaurant itself was not packed at all. There were very few people in the bar area and fewer sitting at the regular tables. Our server took our orders, and my boyfriend had a very specific order which I understand can be messed up easily at times. We did not get our food for the longest time and after about 30 minutes of waiting, the server said “They just started on your orders and should be out soon.” I thought that was a bit odd considering barely anyone was there. But we got our food and my boyfriend’s meal was the main issue: A Bayou CHICKEN Po’Boy with no tomatoes and extra pickles was his order. He got the exact opposite: Shrimp with tomatoes, and no pickles. He sent it back kindly and explained what his order was but to entirely different waiter who came back to with the excuse of, “She accidentally punched in the wrong selection, we’ll take your order back and get you a new one.” The waitress herself did not come to us directly about it until we were served and she ultimately blamed the runner for giving us the wrong food (even when SHE was the one taking orders?) and then added that the sandwich does not come with pickles and that they had no pickles whatsoever. I found that conveniently odd for a place that sells burgers and fried pickles, but I digress. My boyfriend ate the sandwich even though he told me there were hints of shrimp in the sandwich meaning they didn’t make a brand new one and just served us the messed up one with corrections. My friends and I all ate our food even though my friend’s street tacos came closer to when we got our bill, don’t worry because he got some bland sliders. I will also add that drinks took a very long time to receive to the point where the bartender, who had very little people to tend to, did not make my boyfriend’s drink for at least 20 minutes after he’d ordered it. We paid and left with a bad feeling in our mouths and mind, with server who completely passed blame to someone else when it’s her responsibility to be attentive to our orders and to own up to when she messes up. If she’d done that, we’d be okay. But otherwise, I would heavily advise against coming here. Read moreWorst experience ever! No staff for pick up orders around 1:30pm on a Friday! (lunch time). After waiting for 7 minutes to pick up my order, a manager (see photo) came out looking as if she had been taking a nap. She asked if she can help me. I told her about my order and she asked me if I was ok, in a sarcastic way. I told her I had been waiting for several minutes and asked her why were there no staff available for pick up orders. She said well your order has been ready, no apologies, nothing. She seemed annoyed that I was complaining and gave me a side eye. Maybe annoyed that I woke her up from her nap?! Then, she realized she was missing the cup of soda I had ordered. I asked her if she was annoyed that I asked about me waiting for several minutes. She said my life is happy. I told her that mine was happy as well but that the service I was getting was not good. She went away to get the soda without a word or apology and proceeded to talk to a service staff (see photo) about how annoying I was for complaining, loud enough so I can hear her! They were laughing. When she came back I asked for something else but she turned around and went back into the kitchen and closed the door. So rude! Then I realized by looking at the website that there are so many 1 star reviews, about staff shortages, issues, and bad food, no wonder! The food was not good either. Read moreWe get here right around 2:00 today and immediately greeted and then taken to our seat. Almost 10 minutes goes by before our server comes over. Because we were so hungry we placed our order. 5 minutes later a party of 4 sits down very close to us. A different server immediately comes over with water and then proceeds to take their order. 2:35....still no food and then all of a sudden the table next to us gets their food! STILL NO SIGN OF OUR SERVER FABIOLA. After taking our order and bringing back our drinks I haven't seen her at all. Another 5 minutes goes by and out comes our server with our COLD food. Normally I would send it back but we were so hungry we just ate. While we were eating you would think she would come over and ask us how the food is? Do you need anything? Nope nothing.... Now it's 3:00 and I see our server talking to a guy at a table for the past 10 minutes. And I am waiting in hopes she is going to come over and give us our check. Nope that didn't happen. I had to ask another server for our bill. After this experience I can say we will not be going back. Fabiola please make sure all your tables are taken care of before you decide to take a break at another table. Maybe then will your tips reflect how your doing.....on a side note I left only a 15% tip even though others in my party...
