We found this place from a google search and it hit every box we wanted to check. The atmosphere is prohibition era speakeasy. Every little detail exhuded this vibe, from the lighting over the bar, the wallpaper, the diamond plate bartop and ceiling tiles, and the pictures on the wall. It was a really cool vibe. Next, I'm not really sure which was better, the service or the food. Both were fantastic. From the host/hostess, to the servers, and the food runners, the manager, and even the bartender (we weren't even at the bar but they welcomed us with a smile), everyone was stellar. We had Tommy as a server and he was personable, attentive, knowledgable, informative, and honestly one of the best servers we have had in a long time. This time we kept is simple with some wings (mango habanero), a tavern burger and black bean burger. It was everything but simple. The wings were a great balance of heat and sweet, which is not so easy to do. The wings were clearly freshly cooked and not sitting and reheated. Crispy, juicy, hot, and so flavorful. I had the tavern burger and it was cooked perfectly, juicy, and a great bun. The fries weren't just a side kick. They were delicious. Crispy outside, fluffy inside, and lightly salted, which made them a star just as much as the burger. My wife felt the same about her black bean burger, which was not only yummy and satisfying, it did something that proves to be rare with a lot of other places.....it held together during bites! We cannot wait to come back to try the entrees and desert!!!! Will see you guys soon!

Delightful experience, not to be missed if you’re in Dublin! From the minute you walk in to the redesigned “Anchor”, you feel as if something special is about to happen. All of the staff makes you feel as if there’s no place in the world they’d rather be. The Menu does have something for everyone, and their “Libations” include quality wines (by the glass), creative mixed drinks, and the mandatory craft beer list. There are only 4 tap beers on the menu but that’s OK since you’re in brewery central here in Upper Buck’s County and there’s enough of that elsewhere. The Food: Our table ordered the Double Smash Burger, Pistachio Chicken, Fish and Chips and the Honey Glazed Salmon. Perfectly sized portions with a simple presentation arrived and everyone was thrilled with their meal. The salmon was cooked perfectly (juicy, not dry and simply seasoned), the fish and chips appeared baked or air fried? (not greasy AT ALL-delicious) and the chicken was a moist breast with a delicious sauce. The smash burger was gobbled up pretty quickly so I have to presume it was awesome as well. We shared desserts and the dense pound cake with berry compote was worth every single calorie. Finally, what a pleasure it is to eat with quality flatware…..this just topped off the whole experience!! Kudos to this new restaurant for checking so many boxes and I’d recommend you check it out quick before they get so busy that you’re disappointed you can’t just walk in!

Sat at the bar, enjoyed a great meal. Pretzels app with queso is delicious (need to give more pretzels so you can finish all the dip). Caesar salad was good. Had the pistachio chicken with wild rice - chicken was perfectly cooked and a good size...rice and haricots verts were great as well. Had the fish and chips, looked great but didnt try. The bar area seems like it will get very loud. I was assuming there would be a much bigger beer list with a name like craft tavern but beer options are limited. Will definitely go back and try some more food options. Great to have another food option in the area!

this place was very nicely redone the inside was beautiful and quiet. the service was great our waitress Claire was very kind and attentive. the hostesses and bartender were also very professional and friendly. i only say that the food was not impressive for the prices. i got the honey glazed salmon and they burnt the honey so it was very bitter although it was cooked nicely in the middle, not dry at all. my man got the short ribs and they were very dry with no sauce at all served over fried polenta. i just think that it definitely needed the gravy with it to make it worth eating and to make up for how dry the beef was. they only offer 2 wing flavors and both are sweet with no depth of flavor just taste sweet. we also got a dessert and that had a great flavor but you can definitely tell they just popped it in the microwave which did take away from how good it could’ve been because of the texture. i do also think the name is a little deceiving because when most people think “craft” you would think there would be a larger variety of draft beers and cocktails but the drinks were pretty limited. i think the speakeasy concept is great i think that the food needs to be as great as it sounds on the menu though and that was not the case. again the service was so good i’d come back in a few months once they get more established and try the food again...
