I ordered the same thing I’ve ordered multiple times before. I called the store and asked for them to make it differently than the online order. They told me they could do it. What I wanted to change it too was also cheaper than what I was paying for. I get my order and it’s wrong. I called and the manager was very rude and not understanding. She told me I was wrong and made no attempt to fix the issue. Like I said I’ve done this multiple times before and no issues. Very disappointing experience I will not be ordering from this location again. And I hope that manager gets fired, because she has horrible customer service skills.
