Emerald City Sweets — Restaurant in Dublin

I had a complaint about the service I received so I asked to speak to the manager. As the lady and I was talking in a calm voice, the manager comes out talking loud and rude to make a scene for other customers. I guess only certain people get special attention but I am happy to take my business to another bakery. I don't want to hear an excuse, I just expect to be served and not overlooked. Stopped in at 3:00 PM the Saturday before Christmas. The lady at the front was so nice and they were able to accommodate making a half Strawberry Cake and Red Velvet cake at the last minute for the holidays. I have read some horrible reviews about this bakery, let me assure you they are WRONG. This is a delightful bakery with delightful cakes and cupcakes. My job ALWAYS places orders with emerald and each and every cake was DELISH. I love cakes and Emerald's cakes are worth EVERY penny.
