Teaspoon — Restaurant in Dublin

No Bathroom Access — Extremely Unprofessional

I usually enjoy Teaspoon, but this branch is unacceptable. For months, every time I’ve come here the restroom is either “out of order” or restricted to employees only. No other Teaspoon location I’ve visited has this issue.

Imagine sitting in a tea shop for an afternoon with no restroom available — it’s ridiculous. Instead of maintaining their own facilities, staff actually direct paying customers across the street to another business. That’s not just inconvenient, it’s embarrassing for the brand.

Until they fix this, I’d recommend avoiding this...

Teaspoon is franchised I think? I’ve had Teaspoon Boba in San Mateo, San Francisco, Santa Clara, LA and now Dublin… this is probably the worst location I’ve been to, and first time I’ve had a bad experience. The standard milk tea had such little tea and too much of the artificial creamer that you could barely taste the tea. The silky mango drink was a the palest yellow I’ve ever gotten at a teaspoon - too much milk and not enough mango. I was really disappointed, the boba place at 99 ranch is actually much better if you’re looking for a proper tea flavor to come through...

My 8 year old did a take out of the Taro drink today and that wasn’t prepared well. My kid said her drink had bits that tasted foul. Two hours later she also has an upset stomach. She had the same drink last Sunday and that was soo good. Not sure what happened today but we are not going back to this...
