My first time visiting. I came in to order takeout. The young lady who took my order had a very hard time understanding English. They charged my credit card 10 cents for a cheap plastic bag to carry my order home. They did so without telling me. This is both poor customer service and unethical.

I ordered chicken wing very spicy and they were mild. The pad thai shrimp still had their tails on. I ordered Basil chili with chicken. Basically small pieces of chicken with a few green peppers and onions. Nothing special.

Overall, very mediocre food and unethical policies.

I will not return.

Wrong, you are not allowed to use single use plastic bags at all let alone charge for them. So you are non-compliant with Alameda guidelines and incorrectly charging customers. If you switch to a heavy duty recyclable bag (stated on the bag) you are allowed...

I went to this restaurant on 06-10-2018 with my husband and my guest who has never eaten Thai food. We have been a regular customer and I love this restaurants, however I will never go to this restaurant again due to the custom service I received on 06-10-2018. I told my waitress (Sunny) to please bring our main dish when we are done with our soup. She picked my food from my table in an aggressive manner and said than you shall eat cold food. I was not able to believe her comment. I went to the counter and requested to speak with a Supervisor on duty and I was told ...that sorry we do not have one....(ya right).. None of the waitress wear name tags so I did not know my waitress' name so I asked another person what is her name she said ..well I have to ask her permission before we can give her name to you....very unprofessional...

PLEASE BEWARE of this establishment. Looks like they took out $15.01 for fried rice that was a to go order. I did not authorize this amount. I tried to call no one answers. I contacted them through Facebook messenger still waiting for a response. Please be mindful for those making to go orders. $2.50 was added to the total after I had written on their copy of receipt $12.51. This is amazing how they treat their customers. This is considered theft! I will be reporting this to my bank. Watch your bank statement after leaving this establishment. Enclosed a copy of my receipt and my statement for proof! I was about to throw my receipt away cause I usually keep them and go through my account. Again beware, because this is...

It’s really a shame because the food tastes good, but how good can it be if there are bugs in it? My parents ate here last night and brought home their leftovers for me, I was really looking forward to the eggplant, as I am pregnant and that’s the size of my baby currently. Well I went to take a bite and noticed something that looked off about the eggplant. Well it was a bug. All nestled into the meat of the eggplant. And the bug looked just like the cockroaches in a place I lived temporarily in Oakland. I work in the restaurant industry currently, and restaurant staff absolutely need to be looking for signs of infestations, this is a serious health concern. I’m so glad I spotted this before I took a bite. PLEASE be aware!

This is our go-to fix, our comfort food. Favorites are Thai Basil Eggplant with Seafood, Combination Thai Fried Rice, and Pad Thai. For drink, we go with Thai Iced Tea drink. (See pics for some of the food items mentioned above) Service is great. They are like family. We are a regular so every time we come it is like seeing family members who we haven't seen in a long time. Place can go crowded sometimes especially on Fridays, Saturdays or holidays. So please plan accordingly. Something to improve on is consistency. Most of the time their food are good but on rare occasion, they are just ok.

Went here for dinner on a weekend. The place was not at all busy. It seemed like a cheap Chinese place. Chairs stowed behind seating and bathrooms without tissues. However, I'm ready to forego all this since the food was decent. We ordered Vegetable Spring Rolls, Chicken Satay, Thai Suki Noodle Soup with some more dishes. The spring rolls were decent. Satay and the soup was a highlight. I will definitely come back for more here. The server definitely told us that all curries have non-vegetarian sauces. So this is something that everyone vegetarian should ask before ordering.
