Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Dublin

Ok. We went to FL for Christmas. On the way back, some way, some how we got a route that took us through so many towns I never heard of, I was getting a little bit worried 😳. We finally got to I-16 that took us to Macon. I was so happy to see 4 lanes and food signs. The first place we stopped was Dublin, GA and my wife wanted Zaxby's 😋. We got there and the automated system said they were closed, but someone came over the speaker 🔊 and took our order. She ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on Texas toast and a cherry Dr. Pepper. They were nice at the window and very professional. They brought our food out and we were on our way. About 15 minutes down the road, I heard my wife crying 😢. I asked what was wrong and she said, "They burned my sandwich 🥪." I pulled off the next exit and she was absolutely right. I felt bad for her because she had not eaten since breakfast. How do you expect someone to eat tough chicken and burnt bread. You wouldn't want to eat, why should she. I called back to complain and the manager said they were closed, but would replace it at another time. I live two hours from Dublin, so dropping by at another time will not happen anytime soon. Very disappointing...

Y'all get one star today July 2nd. I went through the drive-thru at 3:20 in the afternoon. Hardly any customers in the restaurant. I ordered wings and things I got on the highway and open bite box and there was nothing but wings in there and fries but no things. Went down and turned around, went back, went inside and told the lady. She fairly quickly got me my four things. And even told the girl to include some zax sauce. I leave and go down the highway. And there is no zax sauce. And by this time my wings are cold. Not happy at all. She said we had computer problems.so here's how you do that, you check every order before it goes out the window to make sure it is correct. Zaxby's is slowly going the way of McDonald's. The one in Pooler is horrendous, and after this you get one...

Let’s see the food their is great a good 80% of the time, but lately the workers have been lazy. On their phones and literally only filling the cups up like 60% full. I ordered BONLESS wings and things 2 times the first time they put the hot sauce on the tenders and the wings and the second time they completely just gave me bones when I repeated myself multiple times. Also there was something off abt the food this time and lately they have been taking over 20 min to bring the food out to u and I had to walk in and say something and all of them was just on their phones or walkin around while my food was bagged and ready to go just sitting their and they never brought it out.
