June 2024 - ordered a pepperoni hot and ready and bread sticks and they tried to charge me 22 dollars. I corrected them twice and they didn't realize what was wrong. I told them one pizza and bread sticks should not cost 22 dollars, 12 dollars at best. I asked if there would be a wait and he didn't answer me until after I paid. I got home and it's a cheese pizza, wrong order. They seemed disoriented and mildly rude.
2023 July- 10 minute wait for 2 hot-and-readies. š They just raised the price also. The pizza case was empty. Since when did they start making to order?
2023 May- despite all the previous negative experiences I thought I would come in and give you guys another chance. Someone taped a crudely written note to the front door saying that you only accept online orders now. Sure hope you get more of them than all of your walk-ins.
2023 march- I came in with my nephew for one pepperoni hot and ready and some crazy bread. Staff did not immediately come up to the counter. In fact it took about 5 minutes and a woman that came in before me gave up and left shaking her head. The guy that came to the front counter looked disheveled and told me in a somewhat upset tone that only he and another woman are working today and it's going to take 45 minutes to make one pepperoni hot and ready. I told him okay never mind and he said that's fine.
2023 15 minute wait for 2 pepperoni hot and readys š It's called "hot n' ready" because it's suppose to be available for purchase on the spot. This isn't suppose to be a 'make-to-order' pizza joint where you have a wait time, so it's always mind blowing when I get here and the cases are empty.
2022 There were people inside and outside waiting for hot and ready pizzas. I had to wait 10 minutes for 2 hot and readies
2019 Normally I'd give a good rating, but a month ago I went in to pick up a hot and ready and the store had slim pickings. I asked the employee for a pepperoni hot and ready and he checked the boxes in the hot case and then asked me if I wanted a sausage instead. I said, no, pepperoni. He acted bothered and said it would be a 10 to 12 minute wait. I said that was fine which appeared to irk him. The pizza came later, I said thank you very much with a smile to the employee, to which I recieved a very stern look from him. Have you ever had a situation where someone acts like they're going to hand you something and when you reach for it they suddenly set it down? Anyhow, I didn't realize until I was in the car he crumpled one side of the box. I took it home and ate it, and was sick the next day. Feels like the food may have been tampered with perhaps? I called corporate and left my name and number for the local business to call which they never did, so maybe we'll send the story to social media. Looks like maybe you need some new bushy tailed bright eyed employees under new evening management. Probably just replace them all to solve...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFor the last few times I have been unhappy with the service. I order 4-5 pizzas once a week on the weekends. The price is good for a large family on a budget. I understand that ordering that many pizzas can take time to fill so I use the app and schedule for more than an hour in advance. The last few times my wife would get there and it would not be ready and she would wait 20 to 30 minutes for the order. No real big deal but an inconvenience with 7 kids and they are waiting for dinner. This last time my wife texted me 20 minutes after the app said it was ready and she was still waiting. I called and spoke to a woman that had a very frustrated tone and said due to the order being more than 4 pizzas they would not be the portal. I explained my wife spoke to a person loading the portal and they told her it was not ready and they didn't know when it would be and the app says it's ready in the portal. She said the app is corporate and she has no control over the app. The woman said sorry my member doesn't nderstand and that the order is ready. I asked her to call out for my wife. She said she would once I am off the phone. My wife texted me and said the lady with purple hair and no name tag was rude and said it's never in the portal for that many pizzas. The member who spoke to my wife earlier interjected and said it was the other week and the lady just said it shouldn't have been. I feel common courtesy would and timeliness would go a long way. As I tried giving them advance notice as a courtesy. Before posting here I tried twice via survey and request to be contacted but Little Caesars has...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolute garbage experience. Placed an order online, pick up time was approximately 5:26 p.m., received a notification pizza was in the oven at 5:10. At 5:30 I went to pick up the pizza and received THE WORST customer service experience Iāve ever had. The guy running the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. He went to check on my pizza and told me it would be awhile. I asked about how long and was responded with āidkā I asked if he could check. Not a big ask, and was told no. He then proceeded to disregard me and take orders from people behind me, even though I was still standing there. I asked again and he said flatly āidk an hour you need to wait.ā I asked for a refund and was told again Iād have to wait. I waited 15 minutes until he finally decided to get a manager to refund me. While I was conversing with the manager about the poor customer service, the initial gentleman was screaming obscenities at me in front of everyone in the waiting room, which included children. Needless to say I will not be...
