KFC — Restaurant in Dubuque

Sat at the drive through speaker tonight for over 10 minutes and nobody came across the speaker once I attempted to call the store but the phone was off the hook so it never rang once. I drove away and came back up to the speaker to only sit there for another 10 min without anyone coming across the speaker while all of this was happening I proceeded to watch multiple non employees walk inside the lobby. Mind you not the lobby was closed considering it was 930 so they were being let in by employees. So I drove away again and called store a few minutes later for a employer to answer and when I asked to speak with a manager she magically couldn't here me all of a sudden. By far worst experience I've ever had somewhere. I highly do not recommend this place. Considering them employees dont care about the customers but yet proceed to break the rules by letting non employees into the lobby. I Don't understand how this place is still open for buisness. I went through drive thru for a crispy chicken meal. I got home and the chicken was hard as a brick,old and cold. I drove back and asked for a freshly cooked batch. He said that he didn't have a new batch, only have the same chicken that he previously gave me (no fresh batch),and that they Do Not continously cook chicken because they never have a lot of customers. I asked him is this even legal? Ordered the 10 piece chicken feast and got all the way home and there was no cookies and a small pouch with only 4 cups of soda and it was supposed to be a half a liter! I called and told them and they said if I came Back down they would give me the difference. I said I didn’t have time and they offered me nothing else! No coupon no name and address for a refund nothing! Wasn’t worth $30 for 10 pieces of chicken/2 mashed potatoes/one coleslaw/4 biscuits/and 8 ounces of soda! Didn’t get what they advertised at all!
