Stopped by our local Pizza Hut on a busy night when they were running a special, and it was clear the team was slammed. It sounds like the corporate ordering system overwhelmed the store with more orders than they could realistically handle at once, which led to some delays.
That said, I was impressed with how the staff handled it. Even with frustrated customers and a full lobby, they kept their cool and were kind, professional, and doing their best. My order took longer than expected, but when it was ready, everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Well worth the wait.
Shoutout to the hardworking crew that night! I hope corporate takes note and gives them more support next time a promotion like that...
Read moreI want to start by saying this is in no way an indictment on the local staff as they have no support from corporate customer service and, according to employee I spoke with tonight, haven't had a GM in 3 months. My order was well past the delivery window and, when I contacted customer service both via phone and chat, I was told there was nothing they could do. Furthermore, they were unable to cancel my transaction despite processing my transaction on that very site! I would encourage everyone to stay FAR away from Pizza Hut and will also boycott parent company YUM! brands and will urge others to do the same. Read moreWe spent over $50 on breadsticks and 3 pizzas. We drove 15 mins one way to get our pizza. When we got to our hotel, not only did we get one wrong pizza we also received an empty box! No pizza just a box!! Called the number and I was told they don’t give refunds that we must drive to tell them we didn’t get the pizza. I was told they would call back in 10 mins and no one called me back!
