Arby's — Restaurant in Duluth

In the drive thru I have always had a perfect experience. No mess- ups. No rudeness. No missing items. No flaws. No complaints from me!! (Which, honestly, surprises me!!) The inside, is a little awkward. For me, anyways. I say this because it's just like vacant, kind of. Maybe it's just the timing that I have gone on the inside?? It's just a little not my vibe on the inside. BUT, THE BIG...BUT, this IS, just my personal preference. Meh. Food wise, I know I'm the past I made a different comment, but my opinion has changed, drastically!! I love the food here. It's so nice to get away from the norm. A always just cheeseburgers or chicken nuggets. At least here, : They Got The Meats"!!! All kinds of choices. My favorite is cheap too!! Buffalo chicken slider and 4 piece mozzarella cheese...

Came through because I got some coupons in the mail to use. Gave the cashier (Chase) my coupons and card. He immediately put my card in the machine. I asked if he put my coupons on and he said yes. So I asked for a receipt to confirm he did, and he said he couldn’t give it to me right now and it would be in the bag (after I saw it print out). He asked me to pull forward and wait for my food (even though no one was behind me) and I waited for my food. He eventually came out gave me my food and ran away. Looked at receipt and didn’t take anything off with the coupons and he kept them. At least give me my coupons back if you’re not going to apply them. The window guy sneezed in hand and touched lids the inside of the bag of my food my sandwich then when called him out he still didn't wash hands and front cashier gave me money back but did not see nothing wrong with cross contamination. When u touch other stations the person making food touches surfaces and ur food thus ur eating his germs. Then he said and showed me how he sneezed which was not no one seemed to care except the girl handling the food which realized what happened and went to bathroom to wash hands. I am a CNA and been a prep cook at a 5 star restaurant I hope they disinfected all the surfaces prob not because how no one seemed to go wash hands gross long term...
