Linda Bruce was terribly rude. I purchased a groupon and tried contacting her for 2 days with no call returned. FINALLY she called me back and told me "O no I am not honoring the groupons anymore, those were canceled" .. You will need to get a refund from Groupon.. All ladies know hair apts are important and you are looking forward to them and she acted like NOPE sorry cant help you.. You should never do that to a new client.. She should of honored the groupon and continued to book my apt but instead wanted to send me on my way. So I proceeded to tell her what i thought of her terrible southern manners and how rude that was and she called me a * and said i would never set foot in her salon. Well THANKS I WONT. You tell me 2 days later after I left a voicemail the first day and then sent a text the first day to ask to schedule an apt... You really...

Not a good experience. Easy to get a same day appointment and lady on the phone was nice. I arrived on time but was not greeted when I walked in, no one acknowledged me. I sat in the waiting area for close to 10 minutes before my stylist came to get me. She was young and didn’t seem knowledgeable at all as far as keratin treatments and/or curly hair. I wanted advise on how much to cut off because my hair had damage. She didn’t know. The cut was ok but she began styling my hair and it turned into a frizzy mess. I got frustrated at the way it was turning out and asked her just to flat iron it. She seemed annoyed and/or judgey.
