The amount of trash at the door, all along the entire front walk and throughout the parking lot is always there and seriously appalling. The floor hosts widespread , large dust bunnies like tumbleweeds that coat the edges of long clothing. They ruin tons of beautiful clothing items by attaching the price tags with two heavy duty staples right onto the clothing fabric, often delicate fabric, and if that's not malicious enough, they use heavy duty staples too narrow in width to fit a staple remover so you have to ruin your fingernails to attempt to get them out and then have to file your fingernails down shorter to get all the dents and chips out, especially after trying to close all these obnoxious little heavy duty double staples back up and pad and package the mounds of them you end up with so they'll be hopefully less likely to terrorize the unfortunate pets and wildlife, bound to be searching the trash later for food morsels, with extended painful injuries or even death by infection or ingestion. If they can't staple some merchandise, they write on it with this red lipstick goo that often becomes permanent; it can't be rubbed off. And if all that's not bad enough, after spending 1-1/2 hours sifting for items in otherwise great condition and trying them on in filthy broken down dressing rooms with maybe half a mirror and half a door so that ceiling cameras can see into, you won't be allowed to buy anything that is missing a price tag and there's no manager, and they block the dressing rooms 30 mins before closing. And you can only get their discounts by keeping their horribly obnoxious phone app active which rings your phone early every single morning, and if your phone goes dead while you're shopping or you don't have one for whatever reason, you have to pay...

I love thrifting but I hate going into this store. The staff is rude and I felt most uncomfortable shopping. This African American women and Caucasian man is the reason I will never shop in this store again. I went in in a Friday to shop like I always do to look for clothing for my clients, only to be watched like I'm stealing. I find a few interesting things for myself and decided to go try them on with the door open wanting to sort thru the items. Meanwhile the African American women is watching me and making me uncomfortable. Needless to say this is not the first time she has watch me shop while in the store. Then she decides to come over and tell me it's only 5 items like I can't read. Meanwhile there are other ppl trying clothing on with more then 5 items and she say nothing to them. After this altercation between us I asked for a manager. She replies I can go get her. I proceed to checkout and she grabs her rude associate ( the Caucasian male like he is management) to come and speak with me. I gave him a little information but told him I would like a manager only to be told she is not going to be in for the rest of the day. I don't know what kind of fool they take me for but Im sure he went to the back and never spoke to a manager. Because they are unprofessional and rude to customer's who shop in the store I left the items and bought nothing. I will never return or donate clothing to pay for their employment. Teach your staff how to interact with the public...

Have been going for almost 3 years, and recently the staff have gotten worse, most of them are very rude, they would blatantly tell you that they don't understand what you are saying, and act as if they care to. Is there a reason why everyone in there is Spanish. Don't get me wrong, there are a few that are nice, the 2 oldest at the register in particular. I Was in the store the other day and asked one of the cashiers to hold 2 items, I kept checking to let her know that I am still shopping, but I When I was ready to check out my items were not there,and her response was. Oh they sold, and went on to do what she wanted to do. After I was fussing, a lady told me that other customers are having the same problems. It seems that the Spanish customers get first preference and also the people in the back room will bring special things out to people standing around. Don't get me wrong, I stand around too, but you can see the special treatments. Also, so many stealing goes on in the store and nobody seems to care. How can someone open a box and the box is left there empty on the shelf. And also when they bring their kids, they break stuff and nothing for it I don't see those behaviors in the Goodwill Hope management take heed, because All the customers should have a GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE, WE STILL SPEND MONEY, I KNOW OF AT LEAST ONE 2 FORMER CUSTOMERS WHO USED THOUSANDS PER WEEK, BUT GOT FED UP, REAL FED UP WITH THE DON'T CARE ATTITUDE OF THE...
