I just went in with a big order for me and my coworkers. Cathie helped me get the order in and she was so patient with me as I worked down the list I had been given and was just so nice! I thought I’d be there longer waiting for 10 different drinks but the crew that was on had them done in what felt like seconds! Anna was so sweet to bring the second carrier out without even being asked. I already felt bad walking in with such a large order, I was more than okay with carrying them all out but she went out of her way to help, and she brought me a drink that was almost missed before I could leave! I’ve never worked food service, but I was in retail for a really long time. I know that people like me aren’t the best because it can take time and can hold everything up but they were so patient and friendly and quick. Read moreI LOVE this new Starbucks. Ambience is great and comfy. Employees are great and know their stuff. I love going here. Updated 5/21/19. Frequently out of things. They will lie and say the whole town is out but I can go to Target Starbucks and they aren't out... In last 2 days I have received a strawberry acai drink with zero strawberries and a pink drink that was flat coconut milk with barely any flavor. The refreshers get weaker all the time. Overall I am disappointed. I wanted to love it and have a cool place to hang out and do paperwork but the drinks at Target are 10x better and the baristas there remember me AND my drink. So its a much more personal experience at Targets Starbucks. Bathroom door doesn't lock. Employee insisted I was doing it wrong and it DOES lock. I think I know how to push a button. Read moreMe and my friend went to this location today have a nice calm night working on homework once we get there we order two Venti green tea lemonades the problem started when we waited 15 minutes to get our beverages and they were at grandes we politely informed the barista that she had messed up and given us grandes instead of the Venti is it ordered she then proceeded to tell us that we were wrong and that we only paid for the grande. She even had the audacity to point out the sticker on the cup and scream at us telling us that we were the ones in the wrong within excepted that we weren’t going to get the size that we ordered and started to walk back to our table to work on our homework she then said in a very rude voice you too have a nice night now as if she was expecting us to exit the store.
