I’ve had it with this location. It hasn’t been the same in a very long time and I’ve been refraining from leaving a negative review, but because of the “ Manager” Christopher, I will do just that. I have a large family so when we order, our total can be as much as $60. Within the last year, at least 80% of our orders are missing food or incorrect. Usually I’m not this angry because I just send my husband back to grab what’s missing, but today I am alone with 4 small children and can not go back because someone failed to make sure that my order was correct, and what is really frustrating is the “manager” Christopher who answered had zero empathy, acted like he couldn’t hear me, but heard what he wanted to hear. I am so disgusted and frustrated with this location. The girl who brought out the ice cream had no gloves on, but had her fingers all over the cones (not the part with the paper, the actual cones) and I had to ask her to get new ice cream with cups because that’s just unsanitary especially in times like this. I will be on the phone with corporate first thing tomorrow to let them know why I will never return to this location. I honestly don’t know what happened to this location, but I remember when my husband and I use to count on this location to get our food order correct, now it seems as if they don’t even try. Oh and let me add, someone has even stolen our points off of the receipt that they asked my husband for because they forgot something, but that’s another story. Taco Mac is right next door and is consistent, I’ve never even checked my bag, so though I didn’t eat at the time I wanted, my oldest will be picking my order up on the way home from work, I’m done with this location and management sounds like he found a new job because he couldn’t care less about my order being messed up.
UPDATE!!! I also would like to add that I was supposed to be refunded my money for my order and was told I had to wait 3-5 business days for my refund. To date I have not received my refund so I called in and spoke with the “manager” Brian who said I was compensated with a salad and kids meal. I told him to run the recording back, that I was in fact supposed to receive my full refund, but he could care less. This chic fi la has become a joke that is run by young employees who could care less. Read moreI come to this location often as it is the closest to my house. Though it is far from the excellent and quick service that you typically get a Chick-fil-A, they aren’t bad. The employees are usually kind. Tonight I ordered nuggets and sauces to go with them. Though it was confirmed I looked in the bag and there were no sauces. I got back in line and asked the guy if he could have someone to bring them out so that I wouldn’t have to wait in line for their error. He said that he could not do that but I could come In and get them (I have 3 toddlers in tow so that’s not a viable option for me). I ask if he could do anything to make up for the error and he says “not really I can give you some fries”. I told him that I did not want fries and if I had I would have ordered them and asked instead about a courtesy card. I’m thinking this is a very reasonable request. Turns out this is a manager, Brian, who refused to do anything else offer me unwanted fries. When I got to the window he said he would exchange the nuggets for fresh nuggets and offered that as a fix. I told him I was happy with what I ordered and didn’t want more food but would rather have something that I could use towards a future purchase. I shared my app so that he could see that I spend a lot of money here each month and that I felt it was quite ridiculous that he was hassling me when it is so easy for him to correct the mistake. I order 10-12 times a month from this location as my daughter loves their food. One particular day, I ordered couple of egg cheese biscuits and hasbrowns. I noticed one of the biscuit had bacon in it as shown in the pic. I have never eaten bacon btw so I called the location and left them a vm with the order # within 15 mins of getting home. Didn't get any reply back. It was a week day so didnt drive back for a 2$ biscuit replacement or a refund..
I go back after 3-4 days to order again and showed them the pic and my previous order, the manager acted so rude and was acting as if I was lying over a 2$ biscuit.
She was like I was supposed to drive back the same day and she will not honor this the next time. She was rude. When i said, i left a vm the same day, but got no response she had no answer and walked away.
Hey Chickfilla, expand by all means to make more money but teach some courtesy and customer service to your managers.
Also, add a feature in your app to report wrong orders and upload pics so customers are not insulted or bothered afterwards.
