Conviction Chicken — Restaurant in Duluth

I ordered from this place a week ago. It was my first and last order from there ever again. I ordered on Christmas night.. I thought I would give them a shot due to most places being closed. I didn't feel like cooking so I jumped on door dash and went for the 8 piece wings/fries with ranch dressing, a soda and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with fries. The food arrived cold, french fries were soggy. They gave me a children's size fountain drink that they charged $3 for and most insulting they didn't include the ranch for the wings or the ranch on the sandwich. How careless could one be. I understand the name is conviction chicken but don't fold and take integrity out of the fact that people may think the name just means the food is so good it should be a crime. Very...
