The girl who took my order was really nice, she got everything i wanted relayed the information to the cook and that’s where it went left. I asked for no pico on fries and put it on the side, I’m allergic but my wife can eat it. She put it on the first order as i asked for it not to be on it. Asked for a remake she took her hand and tried to handpick it off, I’m like 🤢🤢🤢🤢 i yelled back to the kitchen and told them that was a no go and nasty. She remade but shorted me on cheese, crema i paid for some extra crema, but the cook look at me like she wanted to do something to me because she was in her phone and not paying attention to the order. I have been ADDICTED to this place ever since last year!! Its in an unexpected location (inside a Shell gas station store) but the food & service is TOP TIER!!! And the most insane part is they are open 24hrs 😱 So for those with the late night munchies, THIS is worth the drive 💯 I also want to give a major shout out specifically to the worker named LEONARDO who works there during the daytime. I came into the gas station and I saw a very pretty sign that said they had some Arroz con Leche. Dahanna took my order and was very nice and attentive. Unfortunately I had to wait more than 20 minutes for a simple arroz con leche ( I ordered at 8:26 and go the Arroz at 8:50) even thought it was not busy. The arroz had no flavor and worst of all it was watery. Dahanna was very nice and was able to give me a refund. From where I was sitting I could see the cooks just talking and talking and not even bothering to get the food out. Skip this place if you can, bad food, lazy cooks.
