Erbert and Gerbert's — Restaurant in Duluth

So my friend was super nice and decided to order me and her kids sandwiches instead of cooking. Super cool. However, the way she was treated on the phone was horrid. The man was extremely rude and very impatient with her, example: "Anything else!? Anything Else?! Anything Else?! What!? you wanted to put that on your sandwich?!? Anything else!?Christ!" and she was on hold for 10 minutes and we had to wait 50 minutes for out food when he said a half an hour, and we're not even 12 blocks away from this sandwich shop. Cold sandwiches are not that hard to make, she could have cooked two hot meals in the time it took us to receive out cold sandwiches. And! She was so intimidated by his demeanor she was afraid to order soup. I don't think she's gonna order from there anymore and neither am I. That guy needs to learn proper phone etiquette. And our delivery driver was the nicest girl ever, she looked super stressed out and I know it was the guy on the phone that was doing it, because she instantly apologized for the way the guy talked to us. I called to order a bowl of soup and cookies. Before I even ordered, the lady was quite unfriendly on the phone. She said they couldn't deliver to my address for just soup and cookies. I asked them what the minimum would be for them to come out. They said that I would have to order a sandwich. I did not want a sandwich. They told me then my wait would be long since they have many large orders going out before me. That was totally fine I said, I was willing to wait. She tells me then that I still would have to buy a sandwich. I still DO NOT want a sandwich. I again ask her what the minimum is for them to come out to me. She says they won't unless I order a sandwich. So I ask, "So you're telling me that if I order $20 worth of soup you wouldn't come to my address?" To which she replied, "I'm just telling you what my General Manager said." Terrible customer service and not even apologetic. I completely understand having a minimum for delivery, but I should be able to choose the items I want to meet that minimum rather than be forced into a...

Staff needed help adding bacon to my turkey when ordering, may be new?, woulda been fine waiting had she smiled or shown any care... .I just stood there and she walked away. Second associate understood and took my order, I was gratefull. My brisket meat was so scarse the bread was litterally dry even after juggling it home. Cheese on one quarter. $33 for 2 sandwiches a soup and a small mac an cheese. Hoping my turkey for lunch tomorrow is good. Sorry Im done here second bad experience.
