JUJU Seafood & Wings (주주총회) — Restaurant in Duluth

I came to the restaurant at 12:05 AM with my nephew I have been looking at this restaurant for a week before I came. However, I ordered an appetizer which was the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls, which was very delicious and for my main course I did make your own seafood boil, which consist of garlic noodles, boiled eggs, corn on the cob, broccoli and shrimps with , I asked him server the flavor that I’m choosing which was garlic medium I specifically asked was it spicy I don’t care to eat my seafood spicy he says garlic medium is the least spiciest out of all of the other flavors when I got my food, all of my food was extremely spicy to the point where my lips were burning I got the way his attention to ask him. Can I get some butter to dilute some of the spiciness because it’s entirely too hot for me to eat it. I can’t eat eat spicy food, they brought out butter but it was not enough butter to dilute the spicy food. I was not able to eat any of my food because it was too spicy. I paid $77.33 for my food total. I paid for a full meal I could not even eat. The server was watching, and he didn’t care enough to even correct the order. The server watched us the whole entire time as we were eating I even asked for a refill he comes to give me a refill and he also lets me know that you only get one refill after this when you have to pay for it He even came out to wipe down tables that was already clean. I asked him for the check he quickly brings me the receipt I paid for the food however, I left a whole meal sitting on the table, which I was only able to taste one piece of broccoli, and one piece of shrimp that had my mouth and lips burning bad I pay for the food, even though they would not fix the food correctly i’ll leave out of the restaurant get to the car to realize I left my phone on the table by the napkin holder I go in to get my phone the server addresses me to say why didn’t you leave me a tip? I explained to him the service not being able to eat a full meal, which he could see that still sitting on the table that I could not eat it. I paid for food that I could not eat, but you press me about leaving you a tip. He was very rude, it seems like the restaurant it’s a family based business however, it doesn’t matter what nationality you are you should treat people the same as a restaurant general manager myself. The service sucks and I would never come to this restaurant again I would never recommend this restaurant. The fact that the young man the server thought it was OK to approach someone in a disrespectful manner over a tip where they didn’t even care to even correct someone’s food I thought was unbelievable I’m a restaurant general manager myself, and I would have never allow someone to leave very unhappy with their food, especially coming out to eat at a late night restaurant how you dare you demand a tip when you have horrible...

I made a reservation for 10 people to celebrate a birthday dinner. The table was set as soon as we walked in. Water, cups, utensils, and plates were placed as soon as we sat down. Food was ordered and came out in a timely manner. We ordered a random assortment of items on the menu and all of them were tasty. The seafood ddukbokki was spicy for some, but we finished all of it. We especially enjoyed the bulgogi fries and recommend the whole fried chicken (just FYI, it takes 40mins to cook but it came out hot and fresh)! I'm so happy I found this place! I've been here like 4 times already & I always leave so full & satisfied. The BEST seafood boil place I've been to, & I've been to plenty. Their wings and fried rice combo is also a big hit among us. If you want some alcoholic drinks, I recommend the lychee soju ! You can share it with friends & it tastes soo good. I can't wait to try more items from the menu. It's also a plus that they're opened late, since everything seems to closed at 9 or 10.
