By far the WORST Moe's ever. Save yourself the headache and drive to Mall of Georgia, where the service and food is top notch. Started okay, but asked for extra chips after looking in the bag and seeing 6 or 7 (I ordered a CUP of queso) he put about 6 extra chips in. No one listened to me, I had to repeat myself about 3 different times, and when I did finally get to the register, she had no idea what was going on. She rang me up, then took my queso OUT of the bag with her bare hands (my chips are in there) and said she forgot to charge me. I made a comment that the "service was terrible" which she completely ignored as she proceeded to ring me up with her bad attitude. I can handle service where things get a little crazy, and appreciate it when the employees are working very hard and it gets hectic. But her attitude was SO POOR. I felt she was personally offended by my buying a burrito. As an area hotel manager with thousands of guests per month, I will never recommend this place, and will tell my local friends and colleagues to avoid it. There are other burrito places in the area with a superior product. I always go to Moe's because the price point is better and the service is great. Not so here. No welcome to Moe's either. Just a plethora of bad attitude. Very sad that as many reviews as are on Google, that no management team has tried to correct these problems, as some of the comments are over two years old, and none...
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE!! I wish I cool give 0 stars to this place. I agree the food can’t be bad but the employees and the atmosphere was horrible. My family and I came in today (4/12/24), to get a bowl and a burrito but since the beginning the employee named ‘Maria’ had an attitude towards us. I just thought it was because she had a long day and didn’t think too much. But my family and I were very hungry so I told her in the start what we wanted with the exact ingredients. But she was putting the portions like a toddler was going to eat that food. I asked to put little bit more since we all were hungry, but she kept on insisting that this was the portion size she was instructed from her manager. I was like yes that’s the portion for a toddler not a full size adult human. Despite of tell her several times to put more in the bowl, she said if u ask for more one more time I’ll have to charge u extra money for all the ingredients. I was like that’s absurd, how can u expect us to pay more for the ingredients that are already supposed to be included in the bowl. And when we confronted her about this, she went all defensive and started to argue with us, though we were polite the entire time. So, we asked to speak to the manager since we weren’t pleased with this interaction and she came across the counters and started to threaten us physically and went and closed the ‘open’ sign. So we had to leave that place since it was very...
Read moreUpdate: We have spent easy over $1,500 at this location over the course of this past year. But, tonight was the last time we will go to this location. The customer service is awful. The last time we came, we tried to order online, but the app gave us an error code. We Screenshot it and then called the order in. They said they didn't believe us that it wasn't working. I literally had to go in and show them the screenshot for them to believe us. Mind you, we drop $70 every time we come. The service is not consistent in quality, as sometimes they leave out salsa, like they did tonight, or kids cookies, like they did another time. We have a son that has a bean allergy and I put on the order 'no beans' for one of the burritos. The last 2 times, it had beans in it. He couldn't eat it. The older lady is rarely nice, doesn't say hello or thank you and told my husband when he came to pick up the order that he can't pick it up in the drive-thru line and he would have to come in. She was not happy about it. Really? Like what's the difference in handing it through the window than over the counter. They don't seem to care about you as a customer. I do not recommend this place. We will go where people care about...
