Taco John's — Restaurant in Duluth

Normally it’s pretty ok some days the food turns out bad but today we went thru the drive thru and ordered 6 hardshell tacos and we get to the window and the price was $13 something but had a coupon for a 2 for $2 tacos so he scanned it it didn’t work so he got a manager and she came over didn’t say anything was aggressive about it but fixed it walked away then the price was $17 something so we were like umm how did it go up that’s wrong and then she started to get upset and yell from behind the man in window and say the 2 for $2 is only for one and we responded saying we know but the price went up she was very rude came over after 30 seconds of arguing over it and fixed and said very rudely ok it’s $11.07 and walked away upset because she had messed up it was the worst experience I’ve had at this taco John’s and really any restaurant I’ve been to and now I’m not really sure if I want to return and that sucks. I wish they would have better customer service as someone else that works in...

I usually love taco John... we had ordered extra sour cream and guacamole and when we got to the window after paying we noticed we didn't get the extra side of guacamole and then she said we'll she could ring it up again but didn't apologize for the inconvenience... but honestly what's the point in paying for a small side of guacamole? I also have noticed they have been very cheap on putting sour cream an guacamole on the super nachos lately its literally like a small size of a dime for both even when you ask for extra...an all these chips for a little bit of meat I'm not sure what's going on but I think for now I'll just stick to tacos instead of my favorite...

This visit was a mess. I wanted to use reward points for a free burrito, and the "Tattoo Guy"...on his name tag, royally messed up my order. He asked if I wanted a combo meal, then tells me I can't use the reward in a combo. Ok, no biggie, but why did he ask me? Then asks if I want to break up the items. Ok, again. I get to the window and he charges me and never gives me my free reward item, essentially charging me for each full price item, rather than a combo meal...no free burrito. I go inside for a refund and he gets super rude for asking for my money back for the free burrito. Yes I would love to pay extra for items. He was rude to his...
