Vivi Bubble Tea #48 — Restaurant in Duluth

Drove an hour to get to this place because I saw a really good ad of them on Instagram. When we got there the place isn't even the same with the one portrayed in the advertisement. The one in the advertisement was in their own individual place, like their own restaurant. That isn't the case at all. The actual place is a stall in the JusGo food court. We were so confused that we had to call in and ask how to get to their place because the GPS took us to a a parking lot of a building beside JusGo instead of what we saw in the ad. Very misleading. The drinks that were heavily promoted, the one in a big light bulb cup and the one topped with cotton candy, which is the reason we visited wasn't even available. We ordered Matcha Milk Tea with red bean topping and tapioca pearls. It wasn't amazing. If you have a local boba tea shop near you, don't bother...

You can find this place located in the Jusgo food court. I believe you need a minimum of around $10 to avoid a credit charge fee, so cash on hand is helpful.

Most the menu is divided, between tradional green/black teas, milk teas, crushed ice, smoothie based, and floats. Sizes are between small and large. Prices are affordable and are about on par with the average bubble tea prices in the area.

Pretty simple in terms of ordering. Walk place your order and they'll call you when it's done or bring it to your table if you aren't too busy.

The drinks themselves taste great. The menu has a lot of options to choose from. You'll definitely need more than one visit to get the most out of this place. Overall though, for the price and drinks, not much to complain about. Simple and to the point as bubble...

It's just bad. The drink is not as seen in the picture. The large and medium size are probably, and I said probably, the same volume. I got a large vivi signature fruit tea that's the most recommended one in the list and it was just like water down syrup with some, maybe canned, fruits in it. The cup itself is as tall as other large size cup but its width is much smaller than a regular large size. If you compare to a venti cup, it's probably the same height but half the width. Oolong milk tea is just bad. Ordered it with coffee jelly and boba but the boba was overcooked and the coffee jelly didn't taste like coffee. Seemed like they messed up the order.
