My sister purchased several pieces of furniture from this place. Upon delivery, she instantly realized they delivered the wrong color for one of the pieces. We took the chair back to the store and was instantly told we could not return and had to exchange. I asked why? I told them that they should be able to return and just credit the account. Prior to our arrival, she was told that she would have pay another application fee in order to return. Of course, this does not make sense if she was approved for a certain and was only returning an item to reduce the overall cost. When we arrived at the store, then we were told there is no returns after 48 hours of purchase. Well, the furniture was just delivered yesterday. How can you enforce a no return policy if we just received the goods. Also, the policy is not listed anywhere in the store or on documents? Then, the salesperson became very rude and acted annoyed that we were questioning the order. He then tells us we can exchange for the color that is on the floor. We said no because it is floor display and people have been sitting on. Then, he tells us we can reorder. We told him we didn't want it! I asked him was he going to reimburse the delivery fee since i had to use my gas to return something that was a result of his error. He then pretends he is doing us a favor and state we can pick out something else that is the same price. We said ok because we were tired of going back and forth. As we are looking for something else, he sends someone to us to state we can only exchange for another chair the same price not anything. We were tired and my sister just said forget it and order the chair in a different color. On the next business day, we contacted to the finance company to determine their policy. They told us the information he provided was false. This is only confirmed that they are dishonest and only concerned with sale. You have lost future business and referrals. She immediately called her friend who was coming to purchase something that week and shared her experience with her. I was considering looking around, but this place will never receive one cent of any my funds. I only conduct business with individuals who takes pride in customer service and resolving issues. It was clearly the stores fault for ordering the wrong color. It happens, but how their sales person handled the situation was a huge turnoff. This is not over. Read moreI ordered a bedroom set paid it in full and was supposed to have it delivered. I was told that they would call me when my things arrived so they could set up a delivery time and that it would only take about 4-5 days to be delivered waited a week with no call so I called the store and the woman told me my furniture was ready to be delivered. I asked why no one called me and she said my furniture arrived late the night before. Convenient story. I set up to have my furniture delivered the following day from 6-9then called back to reschedule the delivery for the weekend slot 2-4pm. I was told that was the earliest available time on Saturday's and that they would call me when they were on the away. I waited patiently until 3:45pm and I got no call. When I called the furniture mart the representative claimed that I scheduled for 6-9pm. I told her that I scheduled 6-9 on Thursday initially and then rescheduled. She put me on a brief hold and then told me the driver was gonna call me. I tried to tell her that if he wasn't coming immediately then I would not be available but she hung up on me. Not long after the driver called me to tell me that He would try to be here by 8. Irate, I told him that he couldn't honestly expect me to wait 6 hours for him to maybe deliver my furniture especially seeing that I was not available. He told me Sunday's the driver was off so he couldn't schedule me Sunday unless the driver would come into work. This one star goes to the delivery guy who worked to get me put back on the schedule at a time that works best for me. Have yet to receive my furniture and I expect it to be as ordered and scratch free for my hassles. Edit: 8/30/16 Furniture was delivered and set up it looks amazing. Read moreThe worst customer service ever, they don't deserve the one star that I had to give in order to publish this horrible experience! I recently paid for a dining table and told them I would be picking it up on Saturday, March 21, 2015. I gave them plenty of time to have the table ready for pick up at their request. My husband called a few days earlier to confirm that the table would be ready and they assured him it was actually ready that day if he wanted to come earlier. We arrived on Saturday only to be told that they had to order a new one because the one they were going to give us was damaged. I asked why didn't we receive a phone call to tell us this and Paul (the so called manager) said that the salesperson was supposed to call us. Paul then goes to say that they will place a order on Monday (which means that they hadn't even made the call after they noticed the table was damaged) and it MIGHT be there on Tuesday or Wednesday and they could deliver it for $80. Please keep in mind that if I wanted to pay $80 then I would have asked to have it delivered in the first place. I had arranged for my father to pick it up because he has a truck, which was a complete waste of his time. Paul was very unapologetic about the situation and tried to convince me that the $80 was because the delivery drivers were a 3rd party company and they needed to be paid for driving, set up and disposal of trash. I asked for the someone higher up and he said he was the highest manager. He didn't offer any solutions, and stood there with a smirk on his face while he told me that they could not deliver the table for free even though it was their fault.
